"Black Forest always works" Large apartment with large south-facing balcony, WiFi and Magenta TV

The Black Forest is always a great choice, and a vacation is always a great idea. Welcome to our spacious 2.5-room vacation apartment, newly renovated in 2020, with 60 square metres of living space and a large south-facing balcony. The apartment features a spacious living-dining area with access to the balcony and a separate kitchen, as well as a large bedroom with a 180 m x 200 m bed. There’s also a sleeping area with a bunk bed, which is suitable for adults as well. When furnishing the rooms, we placed an emphasis on natural wood furniture. In addition to the bathroom with a bathtub/shower, sink, and toilet, there is an additional area with a toilet and a large sink. On the balcony, two seating areas invite you to relax and enjoy the view. The vacation rental is located in Schönwald in the Black Forest (approx. 1,000 metres above sea level); the nearest well-known destinations are Triberg, Schonach, Furtwangen, and St. Georgen.<br>You can set out on extensive hikes and interesting bike tours right from your doorstep. In just a few minutes’ walk, you’ll be surrounded by meadows and forests. On warm summer days, you can cool off in our large on-site communal pool (16 m x 6 m) or the natural outdoor pool, which was newly renovated in 2019; of course, the communal pool is open year-round. In winter, cross-country ski trails of all difficulty levels and 1-kilometer-long downhill runs offer plenty of variety; afterward, you can warm up again in the sauna for a small fee.<br>The laundry room on the lower floor has a washing machine and a dryer, both coin-operated (50-cent coins required).<br>E-bikes can be stored in a locked garage for a fee.<br>The parking lot is located right next to the house.<br>A bakery, butcher shop, various restaurants, several grocery stores, and a souvenir shop are all within walking distance. The bus stop is just a few metres away, and with your visitor’s card, you can travel to many destinations by bus for free. The visitor’s tax is €2.50 per day per person.<br>A linens package (bed linens, towels, dish towels) can be booked for an additional €16.00; it is included for stays of 1 week or longer.<br>A final cleaning fee of €70.00 applies. For groups of more than 2 people, each additional person costs €5.00 per night; pets cost an additional €5.00 per night.
