Comfort apartment Widderstein for 4-5 persons in the hiking and skiing area

The house Rothorn is located on the Sonnenplateau Nesslegg in Schröcken at 1. 500m above sea level. In the summer the house is an ideal starting point for hikes and mountain tours, as well as for an action-packed adventure program for families and groups. From 3 overnight stays, our summer guests receive the Bregenzerwald Card, which can be used free of charge for all mountain railways, buses and swimming pools!
The winter is full of alpine skiing. The ski resort of Warth-Schröcken, Arlberg is only 2 km from the house, which can be easily reached in 5 minutes by ski bus. The now fully developed ski area from Warth-Schröcken via Lech Zürs to St. Anton is waiting with 305 km of slopes and 87 tracks. Back to the house it is about the new village-ski down to almost the front door.

The apartment Widderstein with 66m² is ideal for 4-5 persons. There is a double room, a 3-bed room (double bed and single bed), a large living room with comfortable corner sofa, shower / WC and separate toilet. As in all 5 apartments in the house Rothorn there is free WLAN for our guests. In the living area and in the 3-bed room there is a satellite TV.

From the apartment you have a wonderful view of the mountains around Schröcken.

For children there is a playroom in the house, which can be used at any time. The biggest adventure however is the great nature adventure playground in front of the house. Be it in the winter, when you can dive in the snow with caves, build snowmen, snowballing etc. In the summer there is a small mountain stream just a few meters from the house - building dams, throwing stones into the water, climbing around or a cooling in the fresh mountain water let all children adventure hearts beat faster.

Only 2 km from the house there is the adventure park Schröcken. A high rope garden with 42 parcours above the Bregenzerache, attached to rocks and the forest. A great experience and also a real challenge that requires courage and skill. For children from 6 years possible.
There is also an exciting Flying Fox train, just a few meters from the house. With 6 lanes it goes over the ravines with up to 90m height. Also here children from 6 years can be present.

At the first entrance to the ski area, at the Salober valley station (2 km away) there are restaurants with magnificent sun terraces. There are also cross-country ski runs and prepared winter hiking trails with starting point at this station. The children's ski school Salober Schröcken, as well as the sunny Kinderland is also located directly at this valley station. It is thus the perfect meeting place for skiing, for visitors to the ski school or for non-skiers who want to enjoy the winter landscape.
