Our holiday home was completely renovated in 2019 and equipped with state-of-the-art equipment. We can accommodate up to 8 people - all under one roof.
With us you have not only peace, but also enough space: Our house has a cozy living room, kitchen, bathroom and four bedrooms.
Of course we also have a large garden with barbecue and a small petting zoo.
In the immediate vicinity there are shopping opportunities and a beautiful children's playground.

Op de foto's lijkt het huis veel groter dan in werkelijkheid. Tuin hetzelfde lijkt op de foto's ook veel groter. Er is geen woonkamer gedeelte, een fatsoenlijke bank en salontafel ontbreken waar je even na het eten of als het slecht weer is even kan relaxen. Je kan of op je bed gaan zitten of op een keiharde houten eetkamer bank. Het is een prima verblijf als je daar in de omgeving aan het werk ben of in de kost zit. Maar als familie verblijf zou ik het niet adviseren. Er is ook een wasmachine en droger aanwezig zoals beschreven. Maar de deur zit op slot waar de wasmachine en droger staat. Als je er om vraagt of je de wasmachine kan gebruiken wordt er gezegd door de eigenaar dat het geld kost om er gebruik van te maken. Terwijl er op de boeking site nergens staat dat er voor betaald moet worden. Een keuken die hier en daar wat gebreken heeft. Bij aankomst niemand die je de sleutel geeft en even wat uit leg geeft of dingen waar je even op moet letten. De communicatie ging via bericht op de boekingsite.Terwijl de eigenaar er naast woont. Dus al met al was het voor ons niet het vakantie verblijf wat we verwacht hadden.

Super schönes Ferienhaus. Es hat an nichts gefehlt. Wir haben uns rundum wohl gefĂŒhlt. Die Gastgeber waren sehr nett. Vorallem Michael hat es unseren Kindern angetan. Vom Traktor fahren bishin zum Tiere fĂŒttern und Pony fĂŒhren war alles geboten. Wir kommen gerne wieder. Dankeschön fĂŒr den schönen Aufenthalt!

Gute Unterkunft fĂŒr ein Treffen mit Freunden

Es hat an nichts gefehlt! Wer die Ruhe und das Bauernhofidyll sucht, ist hier richtig! Das die Unterkunft nur ĂŒber ein Bad ( Toilette nicht separat !!) verfĂŒgt, ist fĂŒr mehrere Bewohner der einzigste Nachteil. Sonst immer wieder gern!

Verblijf met 2 personen

Een mooi schoon huis. Als het goed weer is, de tuin is erg fijn om te verblijven. Het eetkamergedeelte, tevens verblijfruimte, is vrij donker en te klein voor 8 personen. Wij waren met 2, een prima verblijf dan. Wij hebben slaapkamer 2 als woonkamer gebruikt. Een tip is om het bed eruit te halen en hier een grote hoekbank neer te zetten voor een gezellige sfeer. Wij sliepen in slaapkamer 1, helaas kraakten beide bedden en kon je de veren voelen van het matras. De badkamer is erg ruim. Bij ons was de bovenverdieping afgesloten, evenals het was-/schoonmaakhok. Hoewel de eigenaar op het terrein woont, heeft het 2 dagen geduurd om deze voor ons te openen. De kerkklok luidt 4x per uur, maar binnen nauwelijks te horen. Het huis ligt op het (boeren)terrein van de eigenaar, dus er komt wel tractorverkeer langs, maar voor ons niet hinderlijk. Bij aankomst konden wij zo naar binnen, de sleutel zat in de deur. Hoewel de eigenaar op het terrein woont, kwam er niemand om te informeren hoe wij het vonden en of we vragen hadden. Ook bij het vertrek hebben wij niemand gezien, dit vonden wij onpersoonlijk. Problemen met douche en toiletbril werden na melding opgelost. Bij de garage zijn een aantal leuke speelattributen voor de iets oudere jeugd (trampoline, skelter, tafeltennistafel). Of er gebruik van de sauna gemaakt kan worden, welke te zien is op de foto, is ons niet verteld. Nog een tip: het zou fijn zijn als er een extra kastje staat voor de etenswaren in op te bergen.

Schöner Aufenthalt

Die Vermieter sind sehr freundlich und wir hatten einen schönen Aufenthalt. Die Kirchenglocken sind tatsĂ€chlich sehr aktiv. Da die Fenster sowie auch die Zimmer sehr gut schallisoliert sind , hat es uns nicht wirklich gestört. Von hier aus konnten wir tolle AusflĂŒge machen. Preis/Leistung ist top.

Tolle Unterkunft in ruhiger Lage

Alles wie beschrieben vorgefunden. Viel Platz mit eigenem Garten. Super sauber und nichts hat gefehlt. Voll ausgestattete Unterkunft mit viel PrivatsphĂ€re. Woran man sich Nachts gewöhnen muss ist, dass die Kirchglocken nebenan alle 15 Minuten lĂ€uten 😉 Wir kommen gerne wieder. Danke an die Familie PfĂ€nder

Das Haus war sehr sauber. Check-in und Check-out war einfach. WIFI ist ausgezeichnet. Nur die Handy-KonnektivitĂ€t erfolgt ĂŒber What's App. Unsere orignale Anzahl von GĂ€sten war zwei. Wir wurden jedoch von meinen erwachsenen Söhnen fĂŒr fĂŒnf der sieben NĂ€chte begleitet. Obwohl ich den Besitzer benachrichtigt hatte, waren nur drei der vier Schlafzimmer unverschlossen. Weiterhin wurde nur eine der beiden Toiletten entriegelt. Wir zahlten fĂŒr vier/fĂŒnf der NĂ€chte von Söhnen waren bei uns. Wenn ich alle sieben NĂ€chte mit vier Erwachsenen gebucht hĂ€tte, wĂ€ren die Kosten Euro billiger .

Entspannter Aufenthalt in lÀndlicher Idylle

Wir wollten als Familie mit zwei Kindern und den Großeltern verreisen. DafĂŒr waren wir auf der Suche nach einem kleinen Ferienaus in lĂ€ndlicher Idylle - und wurden hier fĂŒndig! Ein HĂ€uschen direkt an einem Bauernhof mit Hasen zum Streicheln und super Ausgangslage fĂŒr AusflĂŒge und SpaziergĂ€nge. In LaufnĂ€he gibt es auch ein Wildgehege - FĂŒttern der Tiere inklusive. Das Haus hat alles zu bieten, was machen braucht, ist modern eingerichtet und sauber. Parken konnten wir mit beiden Autos direkt am Haus. Die Vermieter sind sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Wir durften alle Tiere am Hof besuchen und mit zu den Ponies gehen - unsere Kinder waren begeistert. Auch hatten die beiden Spaß beim Spielen im Garten und Trampolinspringen. Ein sehr gelungener Aufenthalt - danke nochmal fĂŒr alles! Wir kommen sicher wieder.

Ruhiger Ort mit guter Anbindung

Wir haben unseren Urlaub sehr genossen und die Vermieter waren wirklich nett. Durch die zentrale Lage waren sowohl ein Besuch der Zugspitze als auch ein Abstecher nach MĂŒnchen kein Problem. Gerne wieder :)
