A nice 80 m^2 appartment on the first floor with a 40 m^2 balcony with fiew on a garden. Two bathrooms (one with shower and the other with wirlpool-bathtub), a big kitchen, a sleeping room with double bed, and a living room. Parking slots are infront of the house.
