Between Marina di Ragusa and Donnalucata, in a residential village composed of luxury villas, this vacation home with a private pool is located in absolute privacy, surrounded by well-kept greenery.



Inside the villa offers plenty of space with living and dining room with huge sliding windows overlooking the pool area, a kitchen with a large window overlooking the garden from which you enter through a hallway the three bedrooms (2 double and one with queen bed). Another bedroom with double bed was created in a mezzanine with very high ceilings.



Outside there is a huge covered porch of about 150 m² equipped with tables, chairs, sofas and a kitchenette with barbecue. The pool is surrounded by lawn and high hedges for more privacy. The garden is equipped with various games for the little ones (slide, swing and playhouse).



The house is located between Marina di Ragusa (2.5 km) and Donnalucata (1.5 km), about 800 m from a clear and crystal sea and a very beautiful golden beach. Marina di Ragusa is known for its tranquility, cleanliness and quality of life, huge sandy beaches, crystal clear sea and characteristic alleys. In addition, the city offers many clubs, restaurants, pizzerias and ice cream parlors. Another highlight is the majestic marina. The new Comiso airport is only 15 km away.



The house is the ideal starting point to visit the Ibleo Baroque, Ragusa Ibla, Modica, Scicli and Comiso.
