Nice little place centrally located between Mitchell and Scottsbluff making it handy to visit the area attractions. Clay was always quick to reply to my messages and was helpful in providing bag chairs for us for the balloon festival and alerting us to some hazardous road conditions due to recent rains.

Listing was accurate. I will add though that if you are coming here bring washcloths for your bath, otherwise everything else was great.
