Unit 24 Lot 37. This comfortable ocean meadow home has many classic Sea Ranch details including interior redwood walls with large windows to enjoy the ocean view and the meadow wildlife. Curl up in one of the four large window seats to enjoy the whitewater view, the scurrying quail or the migration of the pelicans. A short walk will take you to Shell Beach, some of the best Sea Ranch tide pools, the seal rookery or the children’s playground at One Eyed Jack’s House. A short drive will take you to one of the pools, tennis and pickleball courts.


The 2-Story house includes 3 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms with full tub/showers. The primary and second bedroom each have a king bed. The 3rd bedroom is a large room with 4 built in bunk beds (all extra long twin size). The house has an open second story den with a new 42 inch flat screen TV. Living Room includes a wood burning fireplace surrounded by window seats. The kitchen has an electric stainless-steel range with double oven. The house is very well equipped for large dinners with family and friends seating up to 10. Sliding glass doors lead to a deck and private patio with propane BBQ. An outdoor hot water shower is a favorite feature with kids and their parents! Additional provisions include two baby gates, a crib, a high chair and a booster seat – for the youngest set.


There is an attached two car garage with a private parking area next to the house. Juice Box 40 Level 2 EV Charger available for use. Free WIFI available. Free unlimited local and long distance calling. Our home is pet friendly for one dog. Please do not leave the dog unsupervised in the home while you are away. We hope that you will enjoy your time at Sea Ranch to build your own wonderful adventures and memories.


BED LINENS AND TOWELS ARE NOT PROVIDED WITH THIS RENTAL. Please note -No hot tub.

We loved the place- 1970’s vibes especially. The nearby Shell Beach was perfect for us. Dinner at the Lodge was excellent. Everything aesthetically pleasing , as one expects from the Sea Ranch.

Beautiful Location, Cozy Home

We had a wonderful stay and would rent this property again. It's a bit dated, but still quite lovely. The location can NOT be beat. Everything you need to enjoy Sea Ranch is at the house. It's obviously a well loved old family vacation home. My only recommendation is to definitely bring your own towels if you can. The towel service is skimpy. But the beds are super comfy and the toilet paper was oddly lush!
