Important Things to Note
âą Parking: Parking passes will be inside the home upon arrival (look for a small black zipper pouch in a central location). Additional vehicles can be parked at the Grand Welcome office at 39225 S. Hwy 1, Gualala, located in the Gualala Supermarket Shopping Center. No additional parking beyond whatâs described.
âą Stairs: The home has stairs; please see photos for details.
âą Connectivity: Due to Sea Ranchâs remote location, Wi-Fi and cell service in the area can be spotty or occasionally unavailable.
âą Community amenities: The Sea Ranch Association manages trails, beaches, pools, and recreational facilities. Offerings and availability are community-managed and may vary.
âą Pet policy: This home is not pet friendly.
âą Check in is at 4:00 PM and checkout is at 10:00 AM. We cannot guarantee or approve early check in or late checkout requests in advance.
âą We recommend considering travel insurance, just in case any unexpected changes come up. We do stick to our cancellation policy and want to make sure you're covered!
