This lovely 1 bedroom, 2 bath Pelican Watch Villa has breathtaking panoramic views. From your deck stare out to the dunes and the rolling waves. Watch closely - dolphins swim by daily and Shrimp boats can be seen heading in and out. Be in awe of the glorious sunsets. This villa has been decorated with detail. The ceilings throughout have been ship-lapped and give you the feel of a being on a ship. The floors are all in California bamboo keeping it cool even on the warmest of beach days. Head out your back deck to the boardwalk...bring a chair and a cool drink - its time for vacation to begin!

Enter this villa to an open living area. Hurricane rated sliding doors and adjustable blinds anchor the far end of the great room. The living area has comfortable furnishings, complete with a Queen sleeper sofa. Stream your favorite Netflix and Prime Shows on the 50" Smart TV. The kitchen seamlessly opens to the living area. Prepare meals on the stove with a built-in air fryer while enjoying views of the coastline. Stainless appliances and granite counters. The stacked whirlpool wash/dryer is in the pantry just off the kitchen for your convenience. Stools at the kitchen island are a great spot to chat about the days memories. The dining table is a perfect gathering spot for meals, puzzles, and cards! The table seats 6. Head out to the deck and its dining table. This makes the perfect spot for morning coffee or evening cocktails and unobstructed sunset views!

Off the main hall is a full bath with a shower making it perfect for your guests. Notice the bead board walls and nautical mirror! Continue down the hall to the master suite. This room is the perfect retreat at the end of a busy day. A king bed, TV and working desk area finish off the suite. The master bath has bead board walls, vanity and tub/shower combo.

Bring your favorite fluffy SMALL four-legged pup! This villa allows for (1) small dog. Additional pet fee applies. The owners have provided wifi, linens, & bath towels

* Seabrook Island Property Association (SIPOA) has started charging for all gate passes.

Gate passes are $45/ vehicle. This charge applies if you are staying 1 night – 179 nights. If you are staying more than 179 nights, there is a different charge.

Pre summer getaway

Very comfortable well planned property for two. This was the perfect rental for my husband and I. Comfy big bed, beautiful beach views, easy access to beach. Everything went absolutely perfect. Will probably stay again.

Serenity on Seabrook Island

The villa is amazing! So well appointed! We expecially loved the patio and proximity to the beach. The bed was extremely comfortable. The kitchen was very well stocked. We would have loved to stay longer and hope to visit again soon!

Frequent Pelican Watch Vacationers

We've stayed in many different pelican watch suites and they are still our favorite summer vacation spot. While everything before arrival went smoothly, some of the steps required are convoluted. For example, getting an email about a text with a link to a website for a QR code that you have to scan on arrival to get a parking pass seems about 4 steps too many. But once you're there, the unit was without issue. Great views and convenient beach access is why we continue to go to Pelican's Watch Villas.

Pelican Watch Villas - Seabrook Island

This was our third visit to Seabrook Island and our third stay at Pelican Watch. It just doesn't get any better. This was a very nicely updated villa, well stocked and clean, and the mattress was very comfortable.

Great Stay

We loved everything about this property especially the location. It had a perfect ocean view with gorgeous sunsets from our back porch. The walk to the beach was quick, right out our back door. The condo was super clean and ready at the 4pm check in. Sheets and towels were soft and plentiful. Floors passed the white sock test and that is hard to come by at the beach. Our only complaint and it is small, the pans were very old and couldn’t be used to cook. We went to Harris teeter and purchased a pan and used that all week. We were lucky enough to extend our stay 1 night and are already planning our next trip back for summer.

We enjoyed a quiet, relaxing getaway at Seabrook Island's Pelican Watch Villas. The location being on the North Edisto River, which could be seen from the condo, allowed views of pectacular sunsets and even deer on the dunes, which was certainly unexpected.

Great Property and we would give the property manager 10 stars if we could.

Wonderful condo perfect for the two of us. Nicely decorated and maintained. Spectacular water and wildlife viewing. What made our stay was Coastal Getaways, the property manager. After our first night in another unit, we noticed a lot of noise in the unit above us, ie. construction. We called and Allison in the office was great. Said she would investigate and call us back as they didn't control the property in question. We promptly got a call back from her, very apologetic and offering to move us to one of two other units. They had no idea there was going to be construction all week. We accepted the proposal and moved into this unit and enjoyed ourselves. We were allowed to preview the unit and housekeeping was just finishing, and handed us the key. This is a wonderful unit and it's managed by a team who reminded us there are a lot of good people in this world. This could have been a tough situation with construction overhead for a week, instead we were able to move and enjoy this unit. Thank you Coastal Getaway.

Nice Property but Construction Detracted

Enjoyed our stay but daily construction in the Condo above made sleeping late and taking a Nap impossible. Property was clean and grounds were well maintained. Nice shops and restaurants nearby.
