This 2nd floor Marsh Walk villa has 2 bedrooms and 2 baths and great marsh views. Located just down the street from the Seabrook Island Club's tennis center, Lake House, and Equestrian Center, it is perfectly located to many amenities.
The villa has an open living area featuring hardwood flooring and doors leading to a screened porch with marsh views. Share stories from your day while relaxing on the comfortable furnishings. Watch your favorite shows or movies on the large HDTV. Step to the screened porch and sip cool drinks around the table or settle in the chairs with a book. At dinner time, gather around the table for 4. There is additional seating for two at the kitchen bar. The open kitchen features stainless appliances and new butcher block counters. The stacked HE washer/dryer are hidden behind a sliding door in the living area.
The master bedroom has a King bed, en suite bath and access to the screened porch. Watch the morning news on the TV. The bathroom features a modern vanity with a glass counter and sink. The large shower is tiled and has glass doors and a handheld shower head. The doors offer views to the tidal marsh. The 2nd bedroom has two twin beds and sliding doors leading to an open deck. A fan has been added to this bedroom. The hall bath has a shower/tub, tile flooring and vanity.
*Seabrook Island Property Association (SIPOA) has started charging for all gate passes.
Gate passes are $45/ vehicle. This charge applies if you are staying 1 night – 179 nights. If you are staying more than 179 nights, there is a different charge.

LSV (Low Speed Vehicle) RENTALS PERMITTED at this property. An LSV requires the use of one of the gate passes included in the maximum number of vehicles passes.
Requirements for LSVs
Must be registered and insured, have a 17-digit VIN and display an LSV license plate, display a valid SIPOA entry pass issued specifically to that vehicle. Drivers must have a valid driver s license. No off-road tires allowed
Usage Restrictions:
For street use only. No use on bicycle paths, walking paths, golf course cart paths, boardwalks, or beaches. Follow SIPOA vehicle and parking rules.
Safety Requirements: SC seat belt laws apply to all occupants. Child seats are a must. SIPOA officers and CCSO will stop vehicles with unsecured children
Amenity access, allowing you access to the Seabrook Island Club amenities, is INCLUDED at no additional cost in this rental
Seabrook Island is a cashless island. Your credit card will be linked to an in-app digital QR code for all purchases. Your QR code also acts as your "key" to enter all Club and Lake House facilities.
What's Free: Use of the Beach Club oceanfront pools and the Lake House outdoor pool.

If you would like to bring up to (1) dog or (1) cat to Seabrook Island, this villa is pet friendly. A non-refundable Pet Fee will apply per night if you are traveling with your dog or cat.
This home is conveniently located near the gate. Ride your bike to Freshfields Village or Bohicket Marina. Take a dip in the neighborhood pool. Or walk to the Lake House and enjoy the playground, zero entry pool or Fitness Center. This home is perfectly located for a family vacation!
