An LSV requires the use of one of the gate passes included in the maximum number of vehicles passes. Requirements for LSVs Must be registered and insured, have a 17-digit VIN and display an LSV license plate, display a valid SIPOA entry pass issued specifically to that vehicle. Drivers must have a valid driver s license. No off-road tires allowed Usage Restrictions: For street use only. No use on bicycle paths, walking paths, golf course cart paths, boardwalks, or beaches. We love the location of this property! It was very clean and had lots of great kitchen supplies and games/puzzle/books!! The views of the Marsh were excellent â we saw so much wildlife, including Rossette spoonbills, mama raccoon with 3 babies, green heron, night, heron, and blue heron, and on and on and on. The beds and couches were all very comfortable and the screen porch was really amazing despite the 110 heat wave.Only criticisms are the master bath shower door kept popping open, a prior guest had really messed up the shower handle as well so figuring out how to get hot and cold water in the shower was difficult and one of side of our towels, had a bunch of stains on it but that certainly hit or miss based on the supplier not the actual home. I wish there had been more seating on the lower deck and a table, but we made due. Other than those minor things everything was perfect.
The property was great for our family of five. In addition to the larger Beach House pool, there's a small private pool nearby thats available for free and easy for the kids to jump into. A fun overall place to stay.
The only downside is that the property is overdue for a deep clean (the place overall was clean, but our kids dropped something behind a bed and it was clear that the harder to reach areas hadn't been cleaned in a while).
This our second time staying at this property. Itâs the perfect place to stay on the island. Itâs quiet, close to the beach, very clean and cozy. The screened in porch, with a great view of the marsh and part of the beach, is perfect to sit to relax or watch the occasional thunderstorm. We plan on coming back!
Wonderful Vacation Rental with Relaxing View and Location
This was one of the best rentals we have stayed in. The screen porch was our favorite. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed. The furnishings were beautiful and comfortable. The location was tucked away but also close to everything. We loved our stay!
