It's all about location and access for this charming 3 bedroom/3 bath North Beach cottage! With full complimentary use of club pools and activities as well as direct access to Boardwalk #1, this home on Rolling Dune is perfect for your next Seabrook Island beach vacation.

The cottage is decorated with a comfortable, coastal style and has a reverse floor plan to allow views of the ocean from the main living area upstairs. There are two bedrooms and two bathrooms on the first floor, one room with 2 queen beds and an adjoining bathroom with a tub/shower combo and another with a king size bed, access to the covered deck, and semi-private bathroom. There is a large family room on the lower level with a wall of windows to enjoy views of the dunes on Seabrook. This family room is a great area for the kids with plenty of seating around the large HDTV, a sofa sleeper, shelves of books and games to keep everyone entertained and access to the lower covered deck. The new washer and dryer is also on this first floor.

On the upstairs level of the home, you'll find a bright, airy living area with cathedral ceilings. There is a large open deck with distant ocean views and ample seating for relaxing and taking in the island breezes or enjoying your morning coffee. The updated galley has stainless steel appliances and a breakfast table for four. There is also a large wet bar in the dining area. The beautiful dining table seats six.

The 2nd floor master bedroom features a king-size bed and a full en-suite bathroom. The master bath features double sinks, a walk-in closet, and a beautiful, tiled glass enclosed shower with a sky light. A set of sliding glass doors lead from the master bedroom to the open deck overlooking the wide natural area and ocean beyond.

One of the best features of this property is the proximity to the miles of sandy beaches of Seabrook Island. It sits along Boardwalk #1, making it simple just to quickly walk right out to the ocean!

To access any of the island amenities and have resort charging privileges, you must preorder your digital amenity QR code online with the Seabrook Island Amenity Center. Further information for obtaining access will be sent after your reservation is booked.

The Lake House at Seabrook gives access to an outdoor pool, kiddie pool, and playground complimentary to all Seabrook guests. There is also an indoor heated pool, fitness center, fitness classes, and library (additional fees will apply to the activities you choose). The indoor pool and fitness center are an additional fee of $15/per person/per day.

The Club at Seabrook allows guests to access the two championship golf courses, Racquet Club, Equestrian Center, ocean front pools, and all dining options. Each property is individually owned and has different membership levels. This property has a FULL membership access so there is no fee for the Beach Club pools or Lake House outdoor pool. All other activities are an additional cost. ACCESS NOTE: These club access fees apply to 2026. If you are booking early, please note that club access options could change in 2027.

Seabrook Island Vehicle Fee Required: Seabrook Island requires that all rental guests to pay a $40 vehicle fee (one-time, per car) in order to receive a gate pass and be allowed to enter the Resort community. The vehicle entry fee, calculated as the maximum number of vehicles allowed at the home, will now be included as a line item expense in your rental total. Number of vehicle passes needed may be discussed and confirmed with our Sweetgrass team members after booking.
