Don’t waste time and money waiting on line to get beach badges. 4 beach badges are included for your convenience and enjoyment. Children 11 and under are free.

No need to stress about packing extras on vacation. All bed and bath essentials are included with fully equipped kitchen.

Roku Smart TV with Hulu + Live TV (HBO, Sports, Showtime & Stars) included. You can also sign in with your Netflix account.

*** Outdoor Space
Outdoor Rear Deck Space is shared (2nd Floor) with picnics tables. Please clean up after using the outdoor space.

Newly constructed apartment complete with central air conditioning and heating system.

*** Build with Security and convenience in mind
Outdoor security camera with electronic key-less smart lock for easy access. A new random code for unit access will be generated at every new guest check-in .

***Guest access
You will have full access to the entire apartment with one parking permit tag good for street parking near the property. Please do not park at Ocean Terrace, on the beach block or city parking lot with the Tag, it's not covered and will be ticketed. Paid parking lot are also available nearby.

The unit has keypad access for easy entry after the initial greeting.

Rear 2nd fl deck is a shared space to enjoy with your friends and family

Great property. Great stay. The restaurant downstairs plays music until late on Friday and Saturday, but that is to be expected. Close to the boardwalk. Easy access. Street parking was available except on Saturday due to all the people driving in. We just didn’t move the car on Saturday and it was fine. Would stay again.

This rental was perfect! Clean, modern and in a great area! The owners responded to messages quickly and provided a throughly detailed description of all that the unit offers as well as check-in and check-out instructions. It was a pleasure staying here and I would def come back again! *New washers and dryers inside the apartment with detergent provided. It made things even easier to come home with laundry being already taken care of! Thanks so much!!

Seaside Weekend with old childhood friends.

Jack & Vivian were very responsive to all our concerns even a question at midnight. The apartment was clean, quiet, and the BEST LOCATION for the beach entrance and boardwalk fun. Very modern and above all my boyfriend and I felt safe with two key codes one for the apartment complex and one for the apartment.I will absolutely be staying here again!!!!

This property is immaculate, clean and comfortable and looks exactly as described. It’s bright and updated. The hosts were excellent at communicating and the staff was polite and friendly while onsite. The location is fabulous, a short walk to everything, and lots of parking available nearby.

Great condo and location

The condo was very clean, modern, and the owners provided everything we needed. Would highly recommend. My only suggestion to the owner is to get another TV for the bedroom. Once our kids went to bed in the living room, we could only sit in the dark at the kitchen table to watch TV.

Great Location

This apartment was recently renovated and very clean upon check-in. It was exactly as described and the hosts were very fast to respond to all messages and take care of any issues. The location is very close to the beach/boardwalk and the 3 security keypads between the street and our room made me feel very safe.

Excellent but noisy

Everything was Great: New, Clean, and with more extras than most places, it was a great location. The only thing is the thin walls. I could hear everything outside; cars, motorcycles, and people talking. If you are a sound sleeper, you will love it.
