The location is great, they have onsite and overflow parking so we never struggled to park our car. They have elevators and secure access to the boardwalk. However it was a bit of a cluster at check in. The front desk messed up and put someone else in our room so we had the best room in the inn for one night. The bathroom was spectacular in the clocktower room but the baseboards were all dirty. The room we booked had very little space to move around and while there is an ocean view there are no balconies and no windows opened. The jetted tub looked great but once you ran the jets the water took on a brown film and left a ring in the tub. Advised the front desk of this issue when we checked out and they apologized but thats it. There were no door hangera for daily cleaning or do not disturb and im not sure they actually do daily cleaning. I wouldn't stay again mainly due to the lack of space and no open air access but it wasn't too bad and I"m sure other people would enjoy it.

Warning: if you get the room in the annex it looks nothing like the pictures. Very disappointed. Room is like a gross old apartment . Carpet stained and fraying. Door handle coming off door .

disappointed.

For more than two hours from 7-9 PM and after, it sounded like multiple small children were constantly stomping their feet and running back and forth in the room above us and then it started again at 7 AM. In addition, the bathroom smelled like mildew. Not a "budget" room, so we were very disappointed.

Poor customer service

Ceiling leaked in the bathroom, a lot! Unsafe and unsanitary to use the shower. Nobody answered my 3 calls to the front desk. Owner was insincere in his apology and only offered $30 off my $514 tab. Supposedly no smoking or pets but the hallways reeked of marijuana and a dog was barking in the next room. Otherwise a charming inn in the midst of high rise condos.

Typical beach room, a little grimy, not super well kept up, but it’s right on the beach so to be expected. Our room was right outside housekeeping so there were always carts blocking the hallway, which was a little frustrating. We were there for the Fourth of July and could watch the fireworks from bed, and watch the sunset. A very quick walk to the downtown area made the room pretty perfect overall.

Our flight home was canceled & we found this place last minute & immediately booked just so we could secure a place to say. It was such a surprise when we walked into our room! Pictures didn’t do the room justice. We stayed in The Northwest Timber room. Beautifully furnished. Shower was amazing and clean, after days of using state park showers. View of the ocean from the windows was the highlight. We ordered takeout and watched whales in the distance while we ate. Followed it up with a short walk to the beach for a fire. Amazing time. Staff were kind & check in was simple. Thank you. We will never forget this special day. We will definitely be back.

We stayed in the mountain room. No view of the ocean. It is a cute room with a comfortable bed Unfortunately the ice machine is right outside the door, literally on the wall not in an alcove, ver loud. It is also right next to the elevator. The route to the beach is on this floor so the elevator is the only option. Because the elevator is slow, the people are waiting and talking right outside the bedroom door. We did not end up staying the night. Let at 10pm.

Really disappointed with this room as it did not match the pictures when we made the booking. The bathroom was part of the loft with no privacy, and the room itself was in poor condition and quite dated (looked like it hadn’t been renovated since the 80s). When we brought up the issues we were told that this was “exactly” the room we booked which in fact it was not at all, and that there was nothing the hotel could do for us. Really disappointing experience.
