The kitchen comes fully equipped with all the essentials to surprise your guests (and even yourself) with mouth-watering meals and snacks during your stay. Feel free to use the free WiFi to look up that crazy recipe you've been dying to try. There is a convenient desk with jaw-dropping views of the city in case you need to work from home. The primary bedroom has a flatscreen TV and access to an en-suite full bath.

This gem of a retreat is within a short walking distance of the many restaurants and other attractions of Capitol Hill, the downtown core, the Seattle waterfront, First Hill, South Lake Union, and much more! The nearby Light Rail system can get you quickly to SeaTac Airport and all around the area!

Please note: Due to the historic nature of this building, you may encounter sounds and smells typical of older structures. The Elektra building features a boiler heating system typical of older buildings. While it provides warmth during your stay, you may experience some noise as it operates. These sounds are simply part of its story!

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
