Welcome to my home! Alderwood Retreat was originally decorated for my parents, whom visit me once a year from China. The house is fully furnished, with 3 bedrooms, central air conditioning and heating. It includes 2 living rooms, 3 bedrooms with non-toxic king/queen/full/twin size beds and mattresses. The house features stainless steel appliances and granite counter top in the kitchen, fully fenced and private backyard, and a sit-to-stand desk (facing a window) in one of the bedrooms.

Living space of the house is 1,657 sqft. You will have complete quiet and privacy. The house is separated from the street by its own greenbelt, newly installed fence provides extra privacy and security. You have your own private backyard with a table and 2 chairs to enjoy your morning coffee, or hang out in the gazebo with beer & wine in the evenings overlooking our garden and house.

There are 3 bedrooms upstairs:
- Master bedroom: King size bed with private 5 piece bathroom including standing shower, deep tub, 2 sinks and toilet. Walk-in closet. 2 nightstands and 2 lamps.
- Bedroom 1: Queen size bed with chest of drawers, sit-to-stand desk, office chair, closet, nightstand and lamp.
- Bedroom 2: Full size bed with closet, nightstand and lamp.

If you are a party more than 6, there are 2 twin size mattresses on the daybed in the front living room that you can use. All mattresses are medium firm, non-toxic & organic.

There is standards cable, high speed internet and Apple TV and Xiaomi Box if you would like to watch internet TV. You can also switch the TV input to watch basic cable.

The kitchen area has a stove, oven, refrigerator, microwave, toaster, and coffee maker. Plates, bowls, forks, spoons, cups, glasses, knifes, kitchen towels etc. are provided.

Full size washer and dryer are available for guest(s). Detergent is provided. New linens and towels is provided upon check-in.

We will professionally clean the house (with a cleaning fee) before your move in. Guests are responsible for cleaning and up-keeping inside of the house during the stay.

Located in Lynnwood Alderwood neighborhood - you are 5 mins / less than 2 miles away from the Alderwood Mall as well as Costco and H Mart, 2 mins away to QFC and Wallgreens. This is a great opportunity for traveling professionals coming into the area for a short-term stay or families traveling for graduation/reunion/wedding.

The location yields very easy access to I-405, 522 and I-5.

We loved our stay so much last time, we had to come back. House is clean, fully stocked kitchen, plenty of room inside and outside. Wonderful primary bathroom/bedroom set up. Quiet Neighborhood & Pleasant Setting

This nice, comfortable home in the Lynnwood area worked perfectly for our trip to the Seattle area to visit family and friends. Feels Like Home!

This is our second time staying at the Alderwood Retreat. The first time we stayed for a month. This time our schedule allowed for two weeks. We were thrilled this popular home was available when we made our reservation. The house itself is clean, welcoming and has everything you need for a comfortable stay. It is great if you like to cook and bake, as the kitchen is well equipped. It is in a safe, quiet neighborhood, close to both shopping and eating places. I loved that the backyard was fenced. It is located next to a forested green space with plenty of bunnies and squirrels. Our dog gives the yard "two paws up"! Fei is an excellent communicator. She is attentive and responsive. We could not have asked for a better stay!

Busy road noisey area

House was plenty big enough for us all but master had no wardrobe only a few hangers to hang a few bits up on a rack wardrobe was locked. Hot tub isn’t really a hot tub it’s just a large bath, party going one night behind us from 11am in the morning to 4am so no sleep . Definitely need a car to get to and from places . Bins were full already when we arrived so we didn’t have bins from Wednesday to Tuesday. Seemed a lot of private stuff in the house that’s supposed to be a business like photos on the wall in front room and personnel stuff in living room it’s a business not their personal home. Says there is a manual in the house wasn’t any so don’t know only for a sheet in the wall what day the bins go and WiFi password.

Great for families and kids

I came with my family and 1 year old baby. We loved that it was close to everything we needed. The large bedroom had a crib, which was very useful for us and one of the top reasons we chose this location. The house is very clean and had all amenities we needed. There was shampoo, conditioner, and soap. That helped not having to pack some or purchase any. The living room could use another sofa or larger couch. We were a bit squished all trying to fit and had to sit at the dining table. There is only one tv in the house which is in the living room. It would be nice to have tvs in the bedrooms to watch at night. Host is great at communicating and very easy to check in and out. Overall, it is a great location and great house for a small family. We will definitely be returning in the future.

Fabulous Location, Clean and Homey

A perfect location close to the mall, groceries and restaurants! Clean and well equipped with many of the same amenities of home! A cozy fireplace! Quiet neighbors! Who could ask for anything more! Rose was a wonderful hostess during our 4 weeks in Lynnwood. Within a few days of staying here, the house felt like home. We enjoyed walking in the neighborhood, and felt very safe. I would stay here again in a heartbeat!

Great place for families

We loved our stay at Fei’s home. It is a wonderful location for families with young kids. We travelled with a 2 month old, 2 year old and 6 year old and stayed here for a month. While we found it hard to walk from the house to anywhere because there are no sidewalks and our crew takes up a lot of space, a short drive (2-5 minutes) will get you to a number of playgrounds and hikes. We also enjoyed the. Edmonds beaches just 15 minutes away almost daily. And the home is clean and a great layout (large master and two smaller rooms upstairs). If you need a crib, there is one but it’s right by the master bed so it was hard for us to take advantage of it and ended up having our kid sleep in the giant oversized master closet since it was dark and quiet. If you’re travelling during summer months, keep in mind there is no ac. We ended up here during the record heatwave and had to leave for a few nights as it was unbearable. Convenient and comfortable

Everything was as advertised. Super convenient location for Alderwood mall and commuting around the rest of the area. Nice backyard. House was clean and well- prepared when we arrived. Owner super easy to work with.

A great place for family visit

Was a great place for our family get together. It was clean and well stocked. Easy access to I-5 and 405 and close to grocery stores.
