This spacious 1000 + sq ft 2-bedroom, 2 bath apartment has everything you'll need for your stay including a king bed, queen bed, balcony with views, washer/dryer, and a full kitchen. This Seattle vacation rental apartment (sleeping 4-6, 5 adults max) will be your home sweet home-base during your stay. Whether in Seattle on business, to sight-see, or visiting family or friends, you will LOVE this vacation rental apartment, the building amenities, and the location of Harbor Steps. ~~ About the Apartment ~~

On floor 14 of the southeast tower, walk in to your Seattle abode and relax. Everything you need is here to enjoy your stay. Of course, free wifi is included! The unit is newly remodeled with new plank flooring, paint, granite kitchen counters and stainless appliances. All new gorgeous decor is only topped by the beautiful view from the apartment and balcony.

Balcony and Views ~ Water views of Elliott Bay from your living room and private balcony. To the east, enjoy the city views. You won't miss the Hammering Man across the street below you.

Living Room ~ The living room features a comfortable leather sofa and matching love seat and is tastefully decorated in earth tones of reds and browns. There is a 46 inch flat screen, stereo, and DVD player if you want to stay in for a night. Plenty of room for our 2 twin 6" memory foam mattresses if you need extra sleeping space (sofa is not a pull-out).

Kitchen/Dining ~ Right off the living room is the full kitchen with dishwasher, oven/stove, fridge/freezer and microwave, giving it the great room feel. The kitchen is newly remodeled and is fully equipped for all your cooking needs. Adjacent is a dining area for four to six, plus a stool at the breakfast bar.

Primary Bedroom ~ Plenty of space for a comfortable pillow-top king-sized bed. There is a dresser for all your things, at TV, and closet space too! Luxurious bedding only adds to the lovely decor in this room.

Primary Bathroom ~ Also spacious is the en suite full bath with tub/shower and includes plenty of counter space. The red/brown tones are carried throughout the apartment, including the lovely bathroom. Plush towels and even soaps and shampoo are supplied as well as a hair dryer.

Second Bedroom ~ A comfortable queen bed with lovely matching decor is featured in the second bedroom on the other side of the apartment. There is a dresser in the closet. In closet are the 2 twin sized 6" memory foam mattresses (linens in dresser drawers).

Second Full Bathroom ~ Right outside the 2nd bedroom is the second full bathroom. Another hair dryer, and everything you'll need for your stay are included (shampoo, soap, plush towels and more).

Great location and view

My friend and I went to Seattle for a girls weekend trip, and this listing was perfect for what we wanted. We were super close to Pike's Place Market and the Pier and it was easy to walk to the Link and Monorail stations. This room is on the 14th floor so we had great views of Puget Sound with gorgeous sunsets. The pictures for this listing were accurate and the condo was well furnished with towels, hand soap, spices, coffee, etc. It was probably one of the best appointed VRBO's I have stayed at in recent years. There was a small issue, where the email containing the door code was not received, which has been an issue with my email, nothing to do with the property owner, but she was super responsive when I contacted her at check in and all of the information was obtained quickly and everything else went smoothly. The weekend we stayed was hot, by Seattle standards, so we made use of the provided fans, since there is no AC and we were aware of that when we booked the stay. With the fans and opening the windows we were comfortable at night, although it could get a little noisy on the street outside even being 14 floors up. Overall, it was a wonderful stay and if I return to Seattle I would definitely try to book this room again. Thank you for providing such a wonderful place to stay.

As advertised. Nice place in a great location.

We found this residence to be exactly as advertised. Clean and comfortable. Beds were very comfortable, in fact. The building itself is also quite nice, and check-in was very smooth. We had absolutely no issues during our stay. Would definitely recommend, especially as it is close to a number of popular destinations downtown. Tip: take the light rail from the airport to the University St. Station, and you are basically there. Could not be easier.

Amazing Location and View

My family and I really enjoyed our stay. The apartment was clean, in a great building, had an amazing view, and was in the perfect location. Many restaurants and coffee shops were less than a block away. The Pike Market Place was only a block or two away, and the Space Needle was an easy walk. (Maybe a mile away?) I totally recommend this apartment if you are traveling to Seattle and want to stay downtown.

This apartment is in a perfect location if you want to visit the outstanding new shows at the Seattle Art Museum -- Calder and Hokusai. We could actually see the Hammering Man in front of the art museum from our balcony. We also took in a Shakespeare play at the Seattle Center and had an outstanding meal at Maximilien in the market. We saw an amazing sunset on our first night in the apartment. It's not fancy, but it was ideal for our visit, especially since all the hotels were booked on the days we wanted to be there. The only downside is that it is very expensive -- with the added fees and taxes it ended up costing us $900 for two nights!

Great Location

This property is at a great location and we thoroughly enjoy sitting on the balcony watching the sunset. The unit was surprisingly quiet, Check-in was a nightmare and check-out was not much better. The directions from the property manager were lengthy and accurate. Debra was always very prompt in answering texts and very helpful. The apartment itself is a bit run down and could use an update.

Great location and space was perfect size for 4 adults for a 3 day stay. A little small for 5 and the entire stay was overshadowed by the fact that there was no air conditioning.The owner may want to consider with climate change. Could also use an upgrade on the dying blinds

Great Location/Huge Flat/Wonderful Balcony

The location of this property cannot be beat, near the market and across the street from the Art Museum. The flat was large and comfortable and very clean. We found the fans to help the first day, but the rest of the holiday was cool, so the lack of air conditioning was a non-issue. We plan to stay here again on our next visit!!

Fantastic!

The perfect location in Seattle to do what you want to do. Literally steps from the Harbor, Post Alley and the infamous Gum Wall entrance to Pike Place Market are less than a block away, a variety of restaurants withing walking distance, the Seattle Art Museum on one corner, the wonderful Diller Room Bar on the other and a fantastic view of Elliott Bay from the apartment balcony. It was a short walk to the monorail for a trip to experience the iconic Space Needle and beautiful Chihuly Garden and Glass exhibit. The apartment was comfortable and secure and a great stay. Our mornings were spent on the balcony enjoying Seattle coffee and watching the ferries traveling to and from Bainbridge Island and all the boats sailing the harbor. Highly recommended.

Overall great view of the water. Lots of space to move around. Building felt very secure/safe. The apartment was SUPER clean. The two bedrooms and bathrooms allow for multiple people to stay and be comfortable. One suggestion is that a hair dryer be added to the second bathroom. Only "negative" is the street noise. There seemed to be a a lot of street racing or the need for people to drive very loud cars late at night in the downtown area. This would not prevent me from staying there again. Would bring ear plugs next time. The apartment is truly very comfy.
