The property is located in a quiet neighborhood. There is no property parking but street parking was easy to find. Local establishments (restaurants, bars, etc.) are only a few blocks away. We walked to several very easily. The host was friendly, quick to respond and very accommodating. The unit itself was one of the cleanest suites I have ever stayed in, and I have stayed in over 200 cities. Bathroom was relatively large and extremely clean. There is a washer and dryer on the floor and a small kitchenette for cooking. It even had some cooking items (spices, oils, etc.) and a small refrigerator. I will definitely stay here again. Thanks for a great accommodation!

The location was really convenient. We could walk to downtown Ballard, plus there were lots of great places within a few blocks. Our room was efficient. It would have been nice to have a chair in the room to read vs the small bench. The communal kitchen on the first floor was a nice addition. We also appreciated having a small kitchen in our room.

Could not speak to anyone who actually knew about the property. No air-conditioning/didn’t work Advertised shared space was tiny with no chairs, did not advertise it could not be used after 10pm. The Room was not shown to be so tiny on the pictures. For the cost I should have just stayed at a hotel.

It is a nice place in a good area. It was very clean. The rooms feel like little studios. The only negative was that the walls are quite thin, so you do hear noise from other rooms. They do provide earplugs.

Muy limpio y tranquilo. Cuenta con muchas amenidades (cafetera, estufa, etc.) sin embargo serĂ­a recomendable que agregaran instrucciones bĂĄsicas de uso ya que no todos somos tan intuitivos para el manejo de algunos aparatos electrĂłnicos. Tambien tuve algunos inconvenientes para accesar a la habitaciĂłn ya que el cĂłdigo de acceso no funcionaba y aunque las fallas en los acceso es algo que puede ocurrir paso mucho tiempo para que me resolvieran.

I stay at this property 3 times a month as I travel to Seattle to work. Last week when I was going up to my designated room I got distracted and scrolled up to a previous check-in text. I went to that room and entered the code. Sure enough, the code worked, I opened the door and the room was occupied. Scared the crap out of the guy lying on the bed. What this means is that THEY DONT CHANGE THE CODE AFTER EACH DEPARTURE. So, in theory, I have the code to several rooms. I told the management and the guy said “ I understand your request to have the code changed after each guest's departure. I normally do that, but in this case, I wasn't able to update it in time yesterday due to scheduling constraints. That's why the code from the previous reservation was still active. Thank you for your understanding, and please know I'll make sure the code is updated moving forward”. Well, actually this doesn't add up. I stayed in that room the previous wow week so it should’ve been changed a week ago after I checked out which clearly, it wasn’t. I never got a response back from mgmt. I’m making this review because I think ppl show no about this security issue.

Perfect place to stay and in the middle of all attractions from Downtown to Mount Rainer and Olympic national park. Convenience stores all around for a late night snack to dinner. Beds were super comfy would definitely book again!

We stayed in suite 8. It was great. But would like to bring to your attention the electrical outlet under the window. We plugged our phone charger in and the cord was so hot it could hardly be touched. Tryed another outlet to see if it was the charger or the outlet. The charger was fine in the other outlet. The evening brought strange snaps or some sound from that outlet. Thought you should know, so you can get it checked for safety. It made me feel uneasy. Thank you.

The room was appealing with nice design. The bed was very comfortable. I just needed a room and bath, but could have used a few more resident-useful items such as Kleenex and a few toiletries, tea bags, things I didn’t need to replace .. the microwave was beautiful, but hard to reach and too complicated. As an older person, I found things difficult to use. Without help and lacking an elevator, I wouldn’t have been able to manage. It did feel strange not to have manager on the premises but I did not have an emergency. The location was great for me.

The location is great, the price is fine, and the amenities and easy of access were all big positives for me. However my first morning the electricity shut off in my lodging and was not turned back on until that evening. I promptly communicated the issue to the hosts and they gave me confusing instructions to turn up the nobs in the breaker box, which is not how circuit breakers work. The breakers were not well labeled so I would have had to flip every switch to get power back to my room potentially impacting all other guests in the property. The hosts were responsive but resolution wasn’t completed for several hours.
