The host was super communicative. There were a few small issues that I let him know of and he responded within minutes. Host checked in with me a few days prior for full check in instructions and was able to accommodate a few additional needs. Laundry in unit was a HUGE plus for me as I was going to a wedding and wanted to make sure everything was nice and clean before I had to get ready. Plenty of room for the 4 of us that were staying (was supposed to be 5 and still would have had plenty of space)

My wife and I loved our stay in this home. It’s a charming, clean, and light-filled space with ample room, walkable to the light rail and buses, as well as coffee shops and restaurants and UW campus. We used to live nearby, and this home has good vibes that brought back good memories.We came during a heat wave, and the proprietor thoughtfully turned on the air conditioning in advance, so that we were quite comfortable when we arrived. (The home has in-window air conditioning units, more than powerful enough to handle a Seattle summer.)
