Not what you expect. TINY rooms with high tech everything. My husband said it’s like hotels in Japan. Bathroom in room is not private. Open top on the toilet “pod” that is smack dab on the middle of your room! Great for a single person but very uncomfortable for two people.

The refrigerator didn’t work, so they replaced a new one. Unfortunately the new one didn’t get cold either. Not bother to ask them again. Rather of that, everything was good

After staying at the Times Square location, CitizenM SLU met the same high standard. The location is awesome, walkable to top spots like the Space Needle and close to tons of tech companies and great public transit. The rooms are compact but super functional, with smart controls and a huge, comfy bed. Staff were consistently friendly and helpful. Perfect for a smart, stylish, and stress-free stay as a solo traveler in Seattle.

Modern, high tech, clean, and in a great location. Staff was incredible and super friendly! Loved the room and the iPad that controls all the lighting, temperature, etc. I will definitely stay here again next time! I had a few very minor complaints about the drinking water situation and breakfast. The hotel did not have bottled water for sale, and at breakfast they only had water available through a small tap which was hard to find (I had to ask an employee) and a bit confusing to use at first. Please consider putting a pitcher of water out, let's encourage hydration! And while I don't have high expectations for hotel breakfasts, the fruit was old and disgusting two days in a row and did not seem safe to consume. The bananas were also not ripe enough, and the stems were cut unusually short. Get a fruit-eating person on your team, and this hotel would be perfect :)

This is the 3rd time I stayed in this hotel, and never have this problem. But since they didn’t fixed I will inform here, this time my room wasn’t clean good the mirror was all dirty and the shampoo in the bathroom didn’t work. I requested 3 times for them to come and cleaning but they did, they give me a mew shampoo container in the lobby. And they give me one day free breakfasts. That was nice of the lady at front desk. But never came to clean the mirror. The hotel still A good place to stay.
