Staff were very attentive and helpful, hotel and room were clean and useful. the only drawback was the hotel is in a commercial area and not real close to shopping if you don't have a car rental. I only stayed one night and it served my purpose.

This was perfect for overnight between train and airport. Nice exercise room, better than average breakfast and restaurants within walking distance. Good airport shuttle. Only downside for us was lack of place to walk or spend time while waiting for late departure. Neighborhood is department stores and heavy traffic.

Great hotel, bad breakfast

Service was great, very friendly staff. Breakfast was not that good and seating arrangements were terrible. Not many food options and mostly picked over if you got to the buffet after 8am. You basically have to squeeze behind a large table of people to get your food and take it back to your room if you want a place to sit. Rooms were very spacious and clean. I do recommend getting food and preparing in your kitchenette vs the continental breakfast.

Chaotic service

The staff was super unprofessional. I don’t want to go into the details or throw anyone under the bus, but between their ineptitude in check-in (and allowing a stranger to access our room after we went to sleep) to being trolled at check-out and being weird about our shuttle to the airport, I do not trust this brand to maintain good standards in their staff.
