Show up early or get booted to a sister hotel.

Arrived after prepaying, but they had given away our room, so they kicked us to another hotel. They comped us breakfast, but it created a large hassle that didn’t need to occur,

For the price, this hotel is everything you need. We were passing through and didn’t need/want to be on the strip. I wanted a good fully equipped gym and to eat at Hash House in the AM ;) it could definitely use a little renovation in the tower we stayed in, but it was totally fine - especially for the price.

Would up in the wrong hotel at first as they all seem to me Hyatt but the dear at the Regency walked me through the lobby gently and pointed, and siad "there it is, just across the street and up the block!" Ah, the one with the blue lights and fins!

Super clean, front staff was SUPER NICE. I always worry when I bring my very outgoing children that it could be a nuisance for some. Instead they were overly welcoming, friendly and engaging. They made everything seamless and helped direct me to find parking (aside from valet) on a very busy weekend with the convention center holding an event (I had no idea about, 10/10 donut recommend being in DT Seattle during events if you are easily overwhelmed LOL. That’s Seattle, not for this hotel specifically).

Great Location

Was greeted really well at reception check-in for theee night stay. Organised a kettle for us and arranged cruise port shuttle service direct through the hotel for $17 p/p which saved getting an uber. Good location with a 15 minute walk to Pike Place Market and waterfront.
