The day shift receptionists are really nice and very helpful. The hotel is clean and usually quiet. I stay there regularly with a friend and it’s my favorite place to stay in the Seattle area.

The bathroom was dirty, toilet had residue on both the inside and outside of the bowl. Bed was lumpy and uncomfortable. Mold in the bathroom both on the ceiling and crevices around the floor. It also smelled of smoke!

The carpet in the living room was soaking wet. The towels are dried with zero softener the absolute worst feeling when you get out of the shower.
