Fantastic, friendly, and courteous staff. In room coffeemaker, microwave, and tiny fridge and signage in room signage said plates and such available at front desk. Climate Pledge arena is such a short walk. Lots of restaurants in area. Room was clean. Only complaint is pillows were lumpy and mattress not firm so my 136 lb body just sinks in and not supported.

The staff was friendly, helpful and even got us checked in a bit early. The hotel’s convenient location is also a plus. And I love how the room had extra a mirror and sink outside the bathroom too so that more than one person could get ready at a time. Would definitely stay here again!!

Older hotel but nice clean room and easy access. Parking seems secure and though it was tight they had someone in the garage helping park. Very easy access to climate pledge and restaurants nearby. If stay again. Lots going on outside, safe enough but still a city so like anywhere pay attention.

Staff was conveniently unaware of rules of street parking, sure it’s not a requirement of your job, but courtesy is kindness for the tired travelers. Rooms are average, not sure what makes this a 3-star place. Parking garage is 36 dollar per night, which not mentioned before you arrive. Rain drops on the windowsill made me laugh, of course that would be my luck. Beds are comfy, sheets are nice. No bath though. Shower only. Most likely won’t be staying there again.

Amenities were very low brow. 2 small bags of old popcorn was it. They also upgraded us from s 2 queen room to a king room that was smaller. Great upgrade but next time, no thanks. Best thing about this hotel is it is walking distance to Climate Pledge Arena
