*. Camera Disclosure: There are 2 security cameras installed along the path to the backyard and in the backyard shed. No cameras are placed in private spaces.



* Step Disclosure: There are more than 15 steps in front of the entrance. Elders with knee problems should be aware.



*. Parking Disclosure: Free street parking is easily available - you may park anywhere on the street during your stay.



* AC/ Heating pump Disclosure: There are mini split AC in every room, it also works as heating as well.



‱ Windows & Doors: Keep windows and doors closed to prevent insects and mold. Leaving them open while the AC is on may incur a fee of up to $250. Recommend AC setting is between 72-83°F.



* We uphold our cancellation policy as we only have one night available to one group of guests. We highly recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect your booking.



* We are in a quiet neighborhood. Party or any form of noisy gathering is very very strictly prohibited. Quiet hour after 9pm. ‱ Quiet Hours & Parties: Excessive noise or loud music after 9:00 PM may result in immediate eviction without a refund.



‱ No smoking: Smoking of any kind is prohibited. Evidence of smoking will result in a $250 fee and may lead to eviction without a refund.



*. Please note that we offer two options to protect both you and the property, ensuring it remains in excellent condition for you and future guests: a non-refundable Damage Waiver for a small fee ($49.5), or a refundable Safety Deposit ($500).
