Property is quite, bed was comfortable, owner was very responsive. Only reason for the 4 rating is that the couch is for a child and not comfortable to sit on. Location is great.

Good location for a quick trip

We wanted to stay in Renton for some work we were doing in the area. This place was the perfect fit. It is small and a bit rustic, but it had everything we needed for our stay with thoughtful amenities in the bathroom and kitchen. Check-in was easy and everything was clean. It is a great location and I'd return if I was in the area and needed a place to stay.

Great place to stay!

The cutest and quietest home-base for my girlfriend and I's week-long vacation. Owners were very sweet and responded instantly. Close to Seattle, SeaTac Airport, and some nice hiking spots. Would most definitely stay again!

Cozy place!

We really liked this little place. Not much privacy outside since it’s between their 2 places, but inside is quiet. The bed is a little stiff for my personal preference but so many great amenities. We went to a concert at Climate Pledge Arena. Only 30-40 minutes away so it was perfect! The owners were very nice!

Staging for a party

My partner and I stayed in this beautiful 1 bed, 1 bath mother in law unit on our hosts property. It was amazing. We saw a gray and white cat when we got back late. It had everything needed and more!

BEST host and hostess

Our stay at Rob's place was terrific. The best host and hostess that we have run across on all our adventures. The home was cozy, clean, and all we needed for a week's stay. We got wine and warm home-baked cookies (that were to die for). We highly recommend to everyone to stay here. You will not regret it.

Absolutely perfect for our needs

First off super cute little house and the property is so lush with all kinds of foliage. The little house is perfect and had everything we needed and well stocked for our 5 day stay. Rob was the kindest host and was always available if we needed anything. Traffic is horrendous all the way around Seattle , but nothing that has anything to do with our stay! If we ever roam this way again we would stay in a heartbeat and tell our couple friends to do the same! Thanks Rob!
