The reservation was made over 10 months before the stay. 4 hours before checking in, an email was sent informing the reservation had been cancelled. No explanation offered other than the property was sold out. Do. Not. Book.

Would not stay here again. I went to the property around 230 since they sent me the code thinking I would be able to get in. I got in the building, and elevator just fine. Got to the room and it didn’t work. I went downstairs to call the property and they said it’s not available to get in early. I did not see or hear cleaning staff while I was there for 15-20 mins. Came back around 4 and was able to get it. The room was ready, no one was in the room the night before, they just have stiff policies. Flight got in early so I had to hang around til 4, then RUSH to my event. 4PM for this tiny hotel is ridiculous.

The room was clean, beds were very comfortable and it was well equipped if you wanted to cook your own food. Very clear communication and instructions for getting in. We loved the snug room. The only downside would be that it can be noisy at night but they supplied ear plugs.

The Sonder was perfect. Our room was comfortable, all the info shared digitally was all we needed to get set up, location was great. The only complaint I’d have is the number of towels seems to be minimal, but I found extras in the hall which were refurnished each day.

Stayed in Seattle for a week and these apartments were ideal with their wee kitchen and a nice living space. The site is new so all in good condition and my apartment was very clean. The building is a nice old repurposed building sandwiched between bigger buildings so don’t expect lots of sun light. Also, the neighbourhood can get busy on sports days and some evenings so it was quiet most but not all evenings. Any noise didn’t bother me though. Pioneer Square is about 20 mins walk or a couple of stops on the light rail from downtown but there are plenty of restaurants and cafes in the area. Like so many cities parts of Seattle are a little run down but overall it’s a great city and the waterfront has really been redesigned well. Make sure to take a ferry to one of the beautiful Islands!

Everything was great as hotels go. CON: Wasn't happy this the bathroom sink. I hit my head on the iron shelf as the sink is narrow and you can't wash in it easily. Ladder to loft very steep. The pull out couch was not comfortable. The elevator was out and we had to lug our heavy suitcase up 3 flights of stairs. Not easy for 70-75 yr old's.

The room and amenities were great. The kitchenette was well stocked. BUT- the elevator (only one) was broken. We had to drag/carry 5 pieces of luggage up 3 flights of stairs; 3 of those were full size pieces. It was exhausting and obviously inconvenient. I’m not sure what I would have done if I had ADA needs. The staircase to the “loft” was very steep. If you struggle with balance, this will be a problem.
