Welcome to our cozy 1-bedroom vacation home in the heart of the Bryant/Ravenna neighborhood of Seattle! Nestled just minutes away from the University of Washington, University Village, and Children's Hospital. Convenient car and transit options to Seattle Center, and the iconic Pike Place Market, this charming property offers the perfect home base for your Pacific Northwest adventure.

For us location of this property was key. The vacation unit was in walking distance of our daughter’s place as well as a couple of restaurants and cafes and right on the bus line. I loved all the little touches in the unit itself — the welcome board, coffee station, puzzles and games, etc. The bed and couch and chairs were super comfy. The space is small but so well laid out. We will definitely be staying here again!

Nate's place had everything we were looking for. His place easy walking distance to public transportation to get into Seattle very quickly. The place was very clean and well stocked. We found the place to be very quiet and the neighborhood to be adorable. Nate was very prompt to respond to concerns we had which were minimal . He was easily accessible. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed. We would easily stay again at his place and probably will be.

A great encore stay!

This is our go-to place when visiting family in Seattle. The host is so easy to communicate with, and responds immediately to questions/needs. The location is great, not only because it's close to our family, but also within close proximity to good eating and food shopping. Wonderful Space

This little gem of a spot was perfect for our needs and then some. It was super clean, well equipped and the layout is spacious! We were able to cook all our meals and enjoy them in the comforts of this home away from home. The host was super thorough in communications, making check in and out a breeze. The apartment was just as described. Plus it was cozy, well lit, and well equipped. We loved that it came with plenty of coffee, towels, and a sofa bed for the grandkids. Great bookstore and bagels nearby. We would love to return in the future.

Wonderful unit! The owners have thought of everything, from tasteful and comfortable furnishings to a beautifully equipped kitchen. Small touches made the stay even nicer - Keurig coffeemaker, jigsaw puzzles, comfy bed and pillows, motion sensor night lights. We look forward to returning whenever we visit family in Seattle.

Quiet cozy stay in Seattle

I booked this place with a friend to visit another friend during his birthday, and it ended up being just the right fit for us. The property, located between Ravenna and Bryant, is in a quiet residential area of the city, which made for a relaxing stay. There was a nice corner cafe a short walk away that we ate at, along with other restaurants a short distance away. My friend drove, so being able to park in the driveway was very handy for us. Check-in was very straightforward, communication with the host was very prompt, and the property was spotless upon arrival. The presence of AC was very welcome as it was starting to get warm outside on certain days. The bed in the bedroom was quite comfortable, and my friend told me that the sofa-bed was more comfortable than he was expecting as well. The living room was spacious and allowed us to spend an afternoon comfortably hanging out in it with our Seattle friends. We didn't utilize the kitchen a ton, but appreciated that it was there. The host supplied a booklet of various recommendations in the area as well as detailed yet straightforward check-out instructions. All in all, it was a very clean and comfortable stay in a quiet neighborhood, and it was everything that it was described as. Thank you!
