We arrived about an hour and 15 minutes after check-in time and our room was not ready. This was inconvenient as I was traveling with kids and we needed to put our stuff away before going to the concert. The desk staff was not very helpful in problem-solving this. When we returned from the concert, it was incredibly noisy upstairs. You could hear everything. People sounded like they were stomping their way through the ceiling. We had to call the front desk to ask for some assistance there. I will say, they were helpful in that matter and the noise did eventually subside, but it was probably around 12:30 AM before it got quiet.

Super cute hotel! Only recommendation would be to upgrade the showers, they are a bit outdated and don’t provide the best pressure for rinsing off. Other than that, loved the place

We absolutely loved our stay at this hotel! The rooms were very spacious and the beds and the bedding was divine! My young daughters, especially enjoyed the indoor pool, and we all enjoyed the walk ability and accessibility to the space needle and to all of the other activities near the hotel. Overall, we truly enjoyed our stay, and we look forward to returning soon!

Great place to stay if you’re happy to walk to the centre. It’s easily accessible and does have a small car park. It seemed to be first come first served. We had a Chevy suburban and the receptionist was very helpful and let us use the large space outside FOC. Unfortunately the bar closed every night (in July) by 8pm so you can’t get a quick drink from anywhere when you get back to your hotel. (No room service either) For travelling with children it was perfect! (Ages 9&11)

My husband and I stayed here and the room was very clean. The bed was super comfortable and we ended up with a view of the space needle. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Checking in was quick and easy. We walked to the climate pledge arena for a concert that evening. The walk was easy and so close. We will be returning.

The room and bathroom were extremely clean and large. Could have used a bit more hanging space. Closet hanger area very small. The hotel is rather unique with a pineapple theme. A little too much but fun. Not a lot around as far as dining/coffee shops. However, highly recommend Cafe Hagen within a short walk of hotel. Bedding was different. Duvet's instead of top sheets. Overall, a nice stay.

The hotel was beautiful. Hotel staff was highly incommunicative surrounding questions and concerns surrounding missing benefits or tech not working. Hotel staff did just helpful suggestions for places to check out near the hotel. Hotel only does room cleaning every other day.
