Really cute hotel. Best beds I’ve ever had in a hotel. Great location too. My only quibble is, don’t offer a free drink if it can’t get used. I was going to use my “free drink” for a coffee in the morning, but was told there’s no barista that day — in Seattle of all places. Otherwise, totally worth it. Thanks!

Overall, this was a great stay! Ease of parking, friendly welcomes as we entered, a nicely decorated lobby and room with all the nice accoutrements, will cause us to seek out more StayPineapple venues. The staffing was a problem for the dining area for three of the four days we were there. The food was good when we were able to be served. The staff did make every effort to remain professional and courteous but the two people were simply not enough to handle a very busy restaurant and coffee bar. That was the only disappointment and the disappointment was felt for the staff (not because of them). It was clear that they were doing their best to manage under the difficult circumstances. I would highly recommend this hotel to all ages and saw all ages enjoying their stay as well!

This hotel was absolutely wonderful. We were promptly greeted by the friendly staff and the check-in process was easy and fast. Our room was very clean and spacious. The hotel is within walking distance to many restaurants and attractions. Highly recommend!!!!

If you can handle the Seattle hills, this is a good location for walking everywhere. The times i used Uber, the car was there in minutes. Food selection was limited, but fine for a quick snack.

This was the single best hotel experience I’ve had in so many years. I can’t tell you. It all began with arrival front desk staff is amazing. The rooms are beautiful, exactly as pictured the pineapples everywhere. Just make it look Homie and sweet. The cookies they sit out in the afternoon are delicious. The complementary water bottle to fill up downstairs was fantastic. It saved us money. I’m buying bottled water and loved the free gift of a coffee cup on arrival.

Really cute hotel. It was clean, had all amenities and close to attractions. The pike was about 25 minute walk or you can take the Metro and it is a hop away. It was perfect, not in the middle of the busy city, but still close by.

For many years we had a condo diagonally across the Seattle Center, so we knew the area, but not the hotel. I booked a room there because we were attending a graduation ceremony at McCaw Hall and my husband cannot walk very far. We were surprised and pleased with just about everything. Just as I finished checking in, someone drove a UHaul truck through the driveway and broke an overhead sprinkler. Noise and chaos erupted. Water poured out of the sprinkler, and until the fire department arrived, assessed the situation and started to work on a fix. The reception staff acted calmly, politely, and efficiently with the chaos. We parked, but the elevators were still shut down, so we stayed with our suitcases near the lower elevators. My husband went to see when the elevators would be working. Tia found him and came down, got our luggage, and carried both suitcases from the basement up to the third room. She is my hero. The coffee shop was a disappointment. We stopped for breakfast. It was the worst chai latte I’ve ever had. My husband ordered a warm apple scone, but when he opened the sack, it was a warmed chocolate cookie. The seating needs a deep cleaning too. On the whole, I highly recommend this hotel. Dogs are welcome. That’s a bonus.
