This was our first time staying in a VRBO. We were delighted with the ease of the entire process. We were visiting our son that lives in Ballard so was easy to connect with him. Convenient location in Ballard

We enjoyed our stay in this small but well-appointed apartment. Although it does not have a full kitchen, it worked well for out needs. We would not hesitate to return next time we come to Seattle to visit family.

Great space for our needs

Communication was awesome-very responsive hosts.The studio was well sized and very clean, with one exception that a towel had what looked like old makeup stains on them (hence the sign to please not wipe off on towels)Accessing the studio was challenging, even with all the detailed keypad directions, so was very appreciative that they had keys as a backup. Thank you The reason I rated location less stars, and this is my fault for not knowing the area, is that it was on a very busy street. So if you’re a light sleeper like I am it was hard to sleep even with earplugs.

The place

The place was great! Super cute, Clean, very nice. The only thing was the code was so confusing we had no idea what was going on. I’ve never seen a door code like that before, but luckily they had a key to use instead. The host always answered my messages fast which was nice. Very good place to stay and close to town. Recommend booking here.

Enjoyed my stay

I was in Seattle for the Taylor Swift concert (in Vancouver). I asked the host if there was any way to get into the unit earlier because I made a mistake and didn’t realize check in was at 4 and they helped me. I also had to leave my trip early and I had no problems.

Cozy Comfort

We were in town for a family wedding in Ballard. This location was perfect for easy access to all venues, family homes, shopping, and tasty eateries. A walkable bakery down the hill and a nice neighborhood to explore on foot once off the Main Street. Well equipped, calm interior, and even the second bed turned out to be a comfortable pull out. Great little studio

The studio in Ballard is well situated and well appointed. Check in is self-service but it was easy. The place is small but very attractive. It's within walking distance of a number of restaurants. My partner and I loved it. The only issue is that it's hard to do dishes since there is no sink. You have to do the dishes in the bathroom sink which is inconvenient. But then again, who does a lot of dishes when on holiday?

Amazing stay!

Our hosts were lovely and very attentive! They answered all of our questions and were so kind! The bed was sooooo comfy! We slept like babies! We can’t stress that enough lol We even went down to the bar across the street and played some pool, it was a great experience over all! We loved it! We will definitely coming back in the future!

Overall a pleasant stay

Property manager/owner tries to make it a pleasant environment, but the space itself features cheap construction. Heard upstairs neighbors constantly. Also, front door/bedroom/living area just 10 feet from a very busy street - which you hear at all hours of the night (luckily, we're sound sleepers!). As a former food employee, it skeeved me a bit for the only sink/water supply is in the bathroom - not overly sanitary conditions to wash dishes and get water for coffee!

Seattle Weekend

Olga and Olessia were very communicative when there was an issue during our first night with the AC not working properly. They quickly fixed it, so the rest of our stay was comfortable. Place was as described and very clean with a location that is very close to a great Seattle neighborhood in Ballard. It was a bit noisy due to the place being right off of a busy road. Thanks again for the stay.

This was one of the nicest equipped VRBO properties I've stayed in. The bed was comfortable, check in and out were simple, and the location was perfect for us. The location is a bit noisy but the hosts have even included items to help mitigate that too!

This is truly an extraordinary property. It is decorated beautifully. Bed is super comfortable, towels first class. TV had free Netflix which I wasn't expecting. It is on a busy street, but the white noise machine cancelled the traffic out. I can't recommend this highly enough.
