Located in the center of pedestrian mall along the waterfront, my place can take you to the major famous attractions in Seattle within walking distance!
Drink a cup of famous local coffee while admiring the seaside view from a picture window. Stroll to the Pike Market from the sky bridge just down the building. The Seattle Aquarium is on the corner across the street. Take an adventure to the Great Wheel while enjoy the seafood restaurants along the waterfront. Walk about 5 minutes you can arrive Pier 66 and take a cruise to Alaska!

TrÚs bien situé

La localisation de ce logement est parfaite. L'Ă©tablissement est trĂšs sĂ©curitaire. La propretĂ© du condo laissait Ă  dĂ©sirer. La moquette est remplie de taches. TrĂšs bonne communication de l’hĂŽte. Je recommande pour la localisation.

We loved just about everything about this place. The location is amazing. The view of the wheel at night is truly remarkable. Fireplace wasn't working and I was told it's been turned off for safety. One of the windows wouldn't close properly, but it wasn't too much of an issue. And the main TV had a missing remote control which make it impossible to control volume, so we didn't use it. The bathroom, kitchen, space, and location were all great. We didn't use the laundry or the hot tub/communal areas. We would stay again for sure.

Pros: 1. This is a very nice complex and is in a great location. We have stayed at other units here numerous times. Cons: 1. Communication with this owner when we had a problem after our arrival was not good.2. The photos are old and need to be updated to show the current view from the balcony. We don’t mind this view, but the pictures are not accurate. Pictures attached. 3. The carpet is in desperate need of stretching and cleaning. Again the pictures are not accurate. Pictures attached4. Overall cleanliness and repairs are needed. Bathroom door loudly squeeked, fan did not work, ceiling fan in living room was dirty, dish soap was brown.5. AC was not on when we arrived and the door in the living room has to be open for the standing unit to vent out which is counter intuitive .

Terrific location! Parked the car on arrival and and didn’t use it after that. Carpets are badly stained, rippling up, and need replacing.Weather was quite warm, and the only air conditioner was in the bedroom and could barely keep it cool enough for sleeping. Another air conditioner in the living room would be a great improvement.

What a great location! Had a short stay here in August. We went to Pike Place and The Aquarium. Also had a wonderful dinner at Elliotts. Everything was so close and the view from the balcony was fantastic!

Location is everything!! We loved our stay, just steps from the waterfront and the new access to the market. We will be back! The carpet could use a cleaning, but that is overlooked given the location and the view. Excellent communication with the host.

Very convenient location and the check in process was super easy. Comfortably slept 3 people. Only issues were the A/C unit in the living room was not vented and the apartment was very warm when we arrived, 78 degrees. The Carpet could use a deep cleaning. Owner/manager was very communicative through the entire process.

Easy Check in, Shirley was responsive. Kitchen was equipped with household items for cooking but we didn't use but love it was an option. Close to Pike's Market, right near Pier 62 easy to walk to all the things.

This is a great place for two or three people. It is centrally located, a stairway (or elevator) to Pike Place Market, a step out the front door to the waterfront. It's an easy one-mile walk to the ballpark or to Pioneer Square. And somehow it is quiet!

Condo near Pikes Market

The overall location is great. Unfortunately, there is no central air and the portable unit in the living area is just a fan, and the one in the bedroom makes so much noise you can't sleep with it running. Parking is very tight and very strick. I unfortunately got charged an additional 150 fine for not coming to a complete stop after entering the garage. The front desk, is less then helpful. When I went to check in, she sat on a personal phone call for over 17 minutes and won't make eye contact with me.

Shirley is very good with responses and providing details. Condo was clean, full off natural light and very well maintained. Would've received an excellent except for one thing - very noisy because it's the unit right by the highway/ramp. Even inside the condo and especially if you are on the balcony you get the noise and the full view of anyone driving down from the ramp to the upper busy road to Alaskan way ( the main road is up one level and the waterfront road to the building entrance is down one) This was not mentioned in the description. There is only a corner view of the water, but the view is partially blocked by the aquarium. If you don't mind that the location is great.

The location on the waterfront was great. It had easy access to everything we wanted to do. The onsite parking was a welcome addition.Unfortunately, the unit has no central air conditional which was made up for by loud portable units installed in the bedroom and living room.

Location was excellent. Unit was clean however the carpet had dirty spots. The real negative was that the temperature in the unit was 84 degrees. There was a floor ac unit in the bedroom that vented out (it was very loud) , but the floor unit in the living room did not vent out, you had to open the balcony door in order to vent out the hot air. This kind of defeated the purpose of the unit in the living room. My suggestion is if it is warm, have the units already turned on before your guest arrive.

We loved the location and the view (Our GPS steared us incorrectly. You want to go on Alaskan Way. Some construction in the area.)We loved having the space of a condo.) The Kitchen is beautiful. The bed comfortable. We would definitely return.
