Ready to host you, your loved ones, and even the furry members of your family, this charming home is close to all of Sebastian's amusements. When you aren't hanging out at home, check out nearby Riverview Park, Bigshots Golf Vero Beach, the McLarty Treasure Museum, and Sebastian Inlet State Park. Endless Summer is also 25 minutes from Headwaters Lake Boat Ramp, the #1 Bass fishing lake in FL as well as has close proximity to Orlando Health Sebastian River Hospital.

Walking inside your sun-filled retreat, you will instantly take notice of the living room, filled with soft seating, charming nautical decorations, and a large TV. When you aren't dining out, don your chef's hat and head for the fully equipped kitchen. Here, cooking will come naturally amongst the suite of stainless steel appliances, pots, pans and ample meal prep space. Dine easy in the dining room, kitchen island or outside in the screened lanai. In the morning, you can brew your coffee in the comfort of the home with the Keurig or coffee pot.

The primary en suite bedroom provides its own oasis with an inviting color palette, dual sinks, and an impressive walk-in shower. The other bedrooms are just as comfortable with their soft linens and tropical fixtures. Also inside, you will find an additional TV room and a sunroom, both great spaces to sit, visit, work, and read. Keeping chore time minimal, also appreciate having access to a private washer/dryer.

The enclosed yard comes complete with a gas grill. Rest assured that no matter how you decide to spend your time in Florida, the memories will be shrouded in sunshine, and unforgettable!

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
