Set in the lush and storied southwest corner of the Russian River Valley, the recently renovated two-story home is surrounded by rolling vines and breathtaking views in every direction. The Vineyard Residence is a place where wine, nature, and relaxation come together.

Guests are invited to book a private 90-minute tasting experience just steps from the house with co-owner Breauna Kanzler, and you may even spot Winemaker Alex Kanzler tending the vineyard on his tractor. This is wine country living, authentically experienced.

Whether you're on a romantic getaway, a family reunion, or a weekend retreat with friends, this home was designed to inspire connection and creativity. Take a peaceful stroll through the vines, fire up the grill for a sunset BBQ, or enjoy a locally made bottle on the patio beneath the stars. While you're staying here, the house will be your oasis for socializing and relaxing, but if you see some of our staff onsite, please feel free to ask us about the goings on! Please note that this is a working farm, and you may see a crew tending to our vines. (Lucky guests in late September may even witness the harvest!) Some areas of the property are not open to guests due to equipment, materials, and operations that could be unsafe for those not familiar with agricultural practices. These areas are marked and delineated by fencing and gates. We ask guests not to enter them without supervision.
