This spacious 1,100-square-foot second-story condo is warm and inviting with southwestern décor, laminate flooring, soft rugs, an electric fireplace, and a large dining table for leisurely meals around the table. The kitchen is compact yet well-equipped with all the essentials you need on vacation. A small balcony is a quiet spot for morning coffee, picnic lunches, and evening sundowners. A chance to breathe the fresh Sedona air.



This unit boasts two comfortable master suites, a king and a queen with seating areas, plush linens, ample closet space, and showers in the en-suite bathrooms. There is a stacked washer/dryer for your convenience. A modestly priced unit and a great value for your stay in Sedona!

Getting Around:

There are taxis, Uber (limited), and the Sedona Trolley but we recommend guests have their own car. This is a small town and public transportation is very limited.



Other forms of transportation available in the area include the Verde Valley Linx Public Transport, the Sedona Shuttle (only operable Thursday through Sunday to select popular trailheads), Lyft (limited), and several rental companies providing rental machines for off-road adventures.



Other Things to Note:

Need Hoa form for Guest Arrival - See Guest Directory for the form to fill out & deliver to the Hoa office in the clubhouse near the pool. 



The community pool is seasonal, the community hot tub is open year-round. Tennis and pickleball courts are located in the center of the complex and are open from dawn til dusk.



Guests can park in the appointed covered parking spot near the Condo.



Water heaters are located in a central boiler room that only the onsite maintenance man has access to - call Dan.

Keyless entry for guest convenience. The 6-digit access code will be emailed along with the check-in instructions within five days of your arrival.

Oak Creek is a wonderful place to stay, very close to Sedona. Our stay at the condo was great. It was very clean and had all the supplies we needed. The kitchen is fully stocked. They also had a lot of information about the area. Would stay here again.

We felt that the Unit B13 rental at Oak Creek Estados was very good. It was very well equipped, clean and comfortable for two couples. Lots of parking and the pool was great. The location is excellent, with great restaurants and grocery shopping right across the road, and easy access to Bell Rock and many other hiking trails.

Just like home!

My college friend and I had a great time time staying at this unit. All the comforts of home in a clean and inviting environment. The kitchen was the most well equipped condo we’ve ever stayed in including filtered water. Beds very comfy. Great to be in the quieter setting of Oak Creek Village!

Wonderful Comfortable Cozy

Condo was very well located just outside Sedona. The location was perfect with a grocery store and multiple restaurants within walking distance. Unit itself was fantastic! Very comfortable and cozy for a family stay. Owners have done an amazing job stocking the unit with everything you could want or need. They have even labeled everything to make settling in easy. Would love to come back the next time we find ourselves in the area.

This 2 bedroom 2 bath home was perfect! The light switches being labeled was very smart! Everything was super clean and the beds were comfortable! Everything you could possibly need was provided for - conveniently located across the street from the grocery store and within walking distance of the all the sights and shopping in town.

Great place at good price

The property is in a very convenient location. Close to grocery store, shopping, dining and easy access to main roads. The unit has a good floor plan and was very clean. Loved having a full sized refrigerator, oven with stove top, microwave oven and washer and dryer. I know it's a preference thing but the only suggestion would be to have more comfortable beds. Would definitely stay here again!

We booked this condo last minute and couldn't have been happier. It is close to Sedona and all of the excellent hiking trails. It was the cleanest and most well stocked home we have rented off of VRBO. The only suggestion would be to have TV's in the bedrooms. Other than that, it was great!

perfect location - excellent host

The location was great to us! Walking distnace to grocery store. Super short drive to Cathedral Rock and Bell Rock - our two favorites. Plus all the local eateries! The house is fully stocked with all things you need, and has a great private deck for sun tanning. We had serious troubles with our flights coming in and the property management was incredibly compassionate and accommodating - above anything I would have expected! Foothills is definitely top notch. We so appreciate their communication and kindness. Would love to stay here again!

The Perfect Rental

From the moment we entered everything was perfect. There was almost everything in the property that we needed. Towels, soaps cleaning products, hair dryers, spices , coffee cooking oils lots of pot,pans sharp knives, etc. The property was very clean. The only thing I couldn’t find was a blender for smoothies.But that wasn’t a deal breaker. This place was also so perfect for location. We will totally stay here again.

Lovely stay overall

The apartment had comfy beds and was clean. It was well stocked and the management company was easy to communicate with. The only disappointment was the hot tub experience, as it was often packed with 20 people at times, and there were always kids at the pool or in the hot tub. One night the hot tub wasn't hot enough so we soaked for 5 minutes. I wouldn't stay here for the hot tub, but it was otherwise a very nice stay. It's also worth noting that the owner has a camera door bell and closely monitors it, so be aware if checking in early or bringing additional guests without permission.

We were comfortable.

We were comfortable. It was nice and quiet and well stocked with all items we needed except for a pizza pan. Toilet bowl rims need a better cleaning and hard water stains also need attention drains your n master bath ran slow Was not happy with emails demanding in unfriendly language to sign rental agreement immediately
