Wasn’t able to get into the room until more than an hour after check in time. The shower drain was extreme slow. The door took 2-3 attempts before I could get in every time. The door connection to adjoining unit stops no sound so it sounded like the neighbor was in the room with us. I don’t think the person at the desk took my issues seriously when I asked about it. Room itself was good. It was a well equipped suite. The pool and the jacuzzis were welcome and they were open late.

We had a beautiful experience staying at this resort. Very nice location, 20 min from Sedona. Close to stores and restaurants. Its very clean and peaceful. We stayed in a 1 bedroom and we loved it. We will definitely stay here next time when we visit Sedona.

The rooms are outdated and could use some deep cleaning or the carpet removed. The front desk receptionist wasn't very pleasant or welcoming. The concierge is very pushy trying to get you to attend a time share. I think the location was good, but I would not stay here again.
