There’s also a private balcony where you can relax and listen to the soothing sounds of the creek. On the lower level, a game room awaits, complete with a pool table, a shuffleboard table, a large bar, and a 65” TV.

Take advantage of outdoor living at its finest: the property boasts multiple patios, two charming gazebos with dining tables, and a shared hot tub perfect for unwinding while taking in the red rock scenery.

For hikers, this rental is a dream: it’s just 300 yards from the entrance to Baldwin Trail. The renowned Red Rock Crossing/Oak Creek hiking area literally begins at the property’s edge. Step outside and immerse yourself in Sedona’s stunning landscape right from your doorstep.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
