Sedona enforces a 24/7 noise ordinance. Please respect outdoor light rules and quiet hours at all times.

🔥 POOL HEATING NOTICE
The pool heater is not needed most of the year, but we do have one available for an additional fee. Please inquire about the fee. Note that the pool temperature can depend on the outside temperature.

🐾 PETS
Our home is pet-friendly. We collect pet fees. Please message us for the details.

🗑 TRASH HANDLING
We provide starter trash bags for your stay in our home.

🚗 PARKING SPACE
The house can accommodate up to 3 cars only at all times.

IMPORTANT NOTE
- After booking confirmation, we require guests/tenants to provide list of names that will be staying in the property.
- This home strictly enforces the Sedona noise ordinance, so no outdoor music is allowed. The home does not allow events. To help comply with the ordinance, there are noise-monitoring devices installed in the main house's kitchen, the casita's living room, and the backyard. For your privacy, these devices measure sound levels only and DO NOT record audio. If you have any doubt, please ask.
