Come and stay with us. We are opening up our home and we want to share our peace and tranquility with you. This large 4 bedroom, 3 bath home is gorgeous with a stunning view of Thunder Mountain, Coffee Pot Rock, and Chimney Rock. The home is newly remodeled with new kitchen appliances, and a huge kitchen island, new bathroom vanities, new flooring, furniture, etc. The home is complete with all you need for a memorable stay in the our beautiful city. This home is close to everything. Located in the heart of West Sedona, you will have amenities within walking distance including two grocery stores, restaurants, and a spa. You can walk to the Buddhist Stupa, and hiking trails. Uptown Sedona and Tlaquepaque Arts and Crafts Village are both only 3 miles away. These areas are very popular destinations for shopping, restaurants, and art galleries. You can catch the Sedona Trolley or a Jeep Tour from the Uptown area.
Our home has many amenities that will make your stay more enjoyable. High speed wireless internet is provided to our guests free of charge. We have three big screen T.V.s with Blue Ray DVD players, XBOX 360, and printer, and many board games for your entertainment. We also provide DVD movies and XBOX 360 games for your use. In addition, we have three outdoor living spaces to enjoy the red rock views and to dine outside. There is also a BBQ grill that can be utilized by our guests. We also provide a washer and dryer with laundry detergent for our guests use.
Our home has a newly remodeled kitchen with new appliances, quartz countertops, gas range with griddle, drawer microwave, dishwasher and refrigerator with ice and water in the door. The kitchen is fully loaded with cookware, plates and silverware, blender, air fryer/toaster oven, waffle-maker, toaster, rice cooker and crockpot so you can make all your meals from home, if you would like. There is a breakfast bar that seats 4, a dining table that seats 8 so that all of the guests are accommodated easily for meals. The kitchen has a coffee bar with Keurig coffee pods, sugar and sweeteners, and tea complimentary to all guests.
The master bedroom has a king sized bed with soft sheets and plenty of pillows. Through the Arcadia door you will find yourself on the balcony, where you can sit and watch the wildlife, the sunrise and sunset. The master bath ensuite has a Jacuzzi tub and separate shower. There is a flat screen T.V in the master with a Fire Stick, Satellite service, a Blue Ray DVD player to watch movies in bed.
The second upstairs bedroom is a office with desk, office chair, and printer. This bedroom has a queen-sized Murphy bed and opens up to a courtyard with a fountain and table/chairs to sit out and enjoy the weather and the view of Wilson Mountain. The room also has a bath adjacent to the room for privacy and comfort.
The upstairs great room has a 50 inch flat screen T.V. with Fire Stick for streaming, satellite TV, a Blue Ray DVD player. There is a gas fireplace for use during those cold winter nights when you want to sit by the fireplace and drink hot chocolate. There is also an assortment of DVDs (movies) for your viewing pleasure which contains all genres including family-friendly titles. The great room opens up to the balcony with an outdoor living area and BBQ grill.
Downstairs there are two additional bedrooms, a family room, and full bath. The third bedroom has a queen-sized bed and is across from the downstairs full bath. The fourth bedroom has a king-sized bed and access to the downstairs patio which has an outdoor living area with an umbrella, table & chairs, couch and chairs, firepit, and a hot tub. In this area, guests can enjoy the picturesque view of Thunder Mountain, the wildlife, and the beautiful sunsets. There is also a hide-a-bed in the family room that sleeps another two guests. The downstairs bath has double sinks and a tub and shower combination.
Finally, the family room is a great place to watch a movie. The room is equipped with a Blu-ray DVD player, X-Box 360, with a 60 inch T.V. It is our "official" movie room. There are DVDs and X-Box games to keep all members of the family entertained and a checker game table and board games. There is also a queen sized hide-a-bed that can sleep two additional guests.

Then, once your day is complete, return to the comfort of this exquisite home.
