Welcome to The Doodlebug House, a private luxury retreat in Sedona offering incredible red rock views, resort-style outdoor living, and complete privacy. Perched on top of a hill in a quiet neighborhood, this home features a heated swimming pool (heating available for an additional fee), spa, firepit, fireplace, two BBQ grills, putting green, covered cabana, game room with pool table, and multiple outdoor decks designed to take in the breathtaking scenery.

This home was perfect for our family of six adults. It has multiple outdoor space options, with comfortable seating and expansive views in almost every direction. Magnificent. It was clean and had enough interior space for us all to be gathered together. The kitchen space was easy for several people to work in at once and well-appointed. A few more forks and bowls would have been great, but otherwise, excellent. The provided teas and coffee was a special, appreciated touch. Beds were comfortable and baths were clean and current. We have always stayed in West Sedona but the location here was perfect; in between downtown Sedona and The Village of Oak Creek. Owners were a text away and communication was quick and responsive. Checkout was a breeze. We'd absolutely rent the Doodlebug home again, and look forward to doing so. Thank you so much for sharing your home with us!

The house was spacious for 6 women to stay and celebrate a 60th birthday. We were able to have a place to gather and make dinner together. We could not get the outdoor fire to work but we let the property manager know about it. If you want a home with space indoor and outside with great views and close to town this home is perfect.

The property was beautiful. The bed rooms were all a good size. The kitchen was very well appointed. There was plenty of outdoor seating and dining space. The fire pit was wonderful and cozy at night. We enjoyed the pool and hot tub. It was nice having a shaded place to chill under the cabana. The views from the upper deck were exceptional. We enjoyed our stay and would I recommend this home if you’re looking for a place to relax in peace and quiet. And it’s just minutes away from great shopping and wonderful restaurants.

Really great location with easy access to the town of Sedona, neighborhood was super quiet and nice as well. The house has great views and the deck was a great hang out spot for our family! Nice to have multiple king beds and it was very convenient having a crib for my grandchild! Overall great experience!

Well appointed vacation home with outstanding views!

My wife and I, as well as our adult son and his girlfriend stay at this beautiful property. The home was clean and one of the most well-appointed properties we've stayed at. The kitchen had everything you could want. Rooms were spacious and comfortable. Two outdoor grills available, which we cooked dinner on three times. Upper deck looking over the red rocks was a perfect evening dining experience. The firepit with the same views was awesome. Gameroom was fun, but the pavilion / pool / hot tub / putting green stole the show after a nice morning hike. Only had problems with the Internet going out a couple of times (owners recently had to change routers). However, when contacted, the owners were back to us within 10 minutes and contacted their local handyman, who was there to fix the problem within 20 minutes. Communication with the owners was excellent to say the least. Much appreciated. I'm sure we'll be back during our next visit to beautiful Sedona.

Fabulous house in Sedona!

We just finished our week long stay. What a fabulous house! The views are stunning. We enjoyed the deck every night as it would be shaded by 5 and the breeze helped with the warm temps we had that week. The pool was delightful - nice place to congregate after morning hikes or activities. Please be aware though there is a stone path to get down to pool so might be difficult for some to walk down to. The house was amazing equipped from shampoo in the bathrooms to coffee. The kitchen had all we needed to cook . But the view was the highlight!!! We would definitely stay in this home again.

We loved this house. The view is just amazing from both inside and out and the house had everything that a great VRBO property should include. Kitchen was stocked with all the gadgets plus the owners included a lot of immediate need items like TP, paper towels, napkins, spices and more. Beds were super comfortable and great bathrooms that were well stocked. We spent 5 days here and did poolside some days and others in Sedona or touring around. Did the Pink Jeep tour, which was fabulous! But our favorite part was putting on music at the end of the day with cocktails and food and hanging on the deck for the evening enjoying the sunset and night view with family.
