Our spacious living room features plush sofas, a smart TV, and a decorative fireplace and a fully equipped kitchen to whip up a tasty meal with your loved ones and enjoy at our cozy dining nook. The 3 bedrooms are split for privacy and boast comfortable cozy bedding, 2 full baths, making it an ideal space for individuals, couples, friends and families alike.
Thanks to the condo's central air-conditioning you will stay cool all summer. For your convenience enjoy an in-unit washer/dryer. Take a dip into the community shared pool for a refreshing swim, or relax and soak in the hot tub and at last, end your day with an evening of stargazing on your private balcony under the stars while sipping your favorite beverage.
Kitchen: Fully stocked kitchen complete with an electric oven/stove-top, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, drip coffee maker, etc. and plenty of pots/pans. *There is a grocery store within walking distance of the property.
Living Room: Smart TV with Streaming services available with guestsâ own account(s). The living room offers enough space to unwind after a day of fun and adventure.

Bedrooms: The Primary bedroom offers a Queen size bed and private bathroom, Guest bedroom #2 offers a queen bed, and bedroom #3 offers a queen bed.
Infants: We have a Pack-N-Play available only upon request! Please notify us when booking if one will be needed.
Bathrooms: The master bathroom has a sink a separate make up area and private shower. The hall bath is between bed #2 & #3 and features a shower/bathtub.
*Linens are provided for all sleeping spaces, as well as bath towels and washcloths for each guest. Body wash, shampoo and conditioner are also provided for your convenience.
Patio: There is one patio on the property, located off of the living space. It is the perfect place to enjoy your favorite morning beverage and take in the beauty of Sedona.
Washer/Dryer: The condo has a fully functional washer and dryer for your convenience.
Amenities: The property grounds feature a community pool, two hot tubs, and two full-size tennis courts/pickleball courts for guests to use at their convenience. In addition, there are two BBQ grills located just outside of the pool area. **Although it is rarely shut down, we cannot guarantee the pool and spa will be open during your stay.**
