This 2,499 square foot home has four spacious bedrooms spread throughout the house. Each bedroom features King-size beds, 100% Tencel sheets, soft bamboo duvets, and fluffy pillows; you will feel like you are sleeping on a cloud! Moreover, every room has a private bathroom, making this home perfect for couple groups who can enjoy total privacy in their own little retreat when needed.
The first two bedrooms are on one wing of the home, boasting warm color tones, desert-inspired decor, handcrafted furniture, plenty of sunlight, and a touch of nature to make you feel welcome.
The two remaining bedrooms are on the other side of the house and share an adjoining wall. Although close together, one of these bedrooms is a separate guesthouse that you can access by walking out the front or back door â the entrance is 20 feet away from the front door. This unique setup allows guests in this room to access the hot tub and the back patio via sliding glass doors. (Guesthouse is the 4th bedroom with private attached bathroom.)

All 4.5 bathrooms have been recently upgraded with modern fixtures, intricate tilework, and earthy elements to create a unique spa experience. Two bathrooms have spacious walk-in showers with seamless glass doors and rainshower features, while the other two have a tub/shower combo.

At lunchtime, use the microwave to heat leftovers from a recent trip to any one of the popular Sedona eateries, or use the stove/oven to make a homemade meal. The contemporary kitchen features custom cabinets, sleek countertops, and stainless steel appliances. Small appliances like a toaster, blender, and gourmet knife set complete the kitchen.
The heart of the home is the beautifully furnished living room with warm color schemes, comfortable luxury furniture, leafy house plants, and nature-inspired decor. A sleek 55' flat-screen TV sits above a fireplace, inviting you to catch a movie or show as you rest and recharge.
A separate dining table in this living space offers another spot to play cards, set out snacks, or plan your adventures for the day.

The private backyard oasis truly sets this home apart from other options in Sedona. Early risers can sneak out to the patio and enjoy coffee overlooking the desert, and night owls can bring their favorite bottle of wine for a relaxing way to end the day. Kick things up a notch by stepping into the hot tub. Surrounded by stunning greenery, the hot tub will quickly become your groupâs favorite happy hour spot.
The outdoor dining area has a large table with eight seats under a wispy ceiling fan. You can throw your favorite meats and veggies on the gas grill and enjoy a flavorful dinner together overlooking the desert landscape. The shady patio leads out to the big backyard, dotted with native trees.
A gazebo in the middle of the yard offers another shady escape, and twinkling rope lights add a warm glow to the whole backyard. Invite friends and family to join you around the backyard fire pit, where you can roast marshmallows and share your adventures from the day. The careful landscaping combines rocks, gravel, native plants, and other natural elements to create a uniquely Sedona backyard.

As a guest here, you have the entire home to yourself. You can use all the rooms and amenities and park on-site. You'll receive a unique code for keyless entry into the house. Other features to enhance your vacation experience include a washer and dryer, high-speed WiFi, laptop-friendly workspaces, kitchen and bathroom essentials, and local area guides.
From here, you're just minutes from local grocery stores, restaurants, desert boutiques, breweries, and some of the country's most beautiful national parks.
Other things to note:
The bedroom with the canopy bed set and the guesthouse share an adjoining wall and a vent, so the guesthouse is not 100% removed from the main house since it shares a vent.
Events & Parties: This is certainly not a party space. This quiet little street full of wonderful neighbors accommodates groups that come for retreat and adventure/exploration on the land.
