Centrally located in West Sedona, Sedona Agave house is a great choice for your next getaway. You will be close to 89A with its many restaurants and shops, close to hiking and biking trails, and be taken away by views of Chimney Rock, Capital Butte and Coffee Pot Rock.



This single-level manufactured home was recently remodeled and features 1,440 square feet, two bedrooms, and two bathrooms to accommodate up to four guests.



From the front door entryway offering a bench, coat rack and cubbies, you'll step into the great room with an open floor plan and windows adorning every wall. This spectacular space encompasses the living room, kitchen and dining area.



Living Room: This spacious room offers a charming bay window to bring in the surrounding red rock views and plenty of natural light. Enjoy comfortable furnishings and a Roku Smart TV with cable programming plus a DVD player. There are multiple seating areas including the telescope area where you can check out the star-filled skies. There is an entertainment and game area filled with fun games for all ages, and a desk area for those who need to catch up on some work.



Kitchen: The kitchen is fully equipped with all the appliances and utensils needed to make meal prep a breeze. It offers updated stainless-steel appliances, stone counters, and bar seating for four. No detail has been overlooked — for instance both drip and Keurig coffee makers are there for your convenience.



Dining Area: The dining area has seating for four guests.



Bedrooms/Bathrooms:

Master Bedroom — Plush king size bed, Smart TV; the private bathroom offers a tub/shower combination.



Bedroom 2 — Two twin beds (can be converted into a king bed upon request and a $30 fee), Roku TV, and access to the full shared bathroom with a tub/shower combo.



Backyard/Outdoor Spaces:

The surrounding yard is an oasis with natural landscaping and plenty of mature trees. There are paver patios with outdoor furnishings - making it the perfect place for taking in the views. There is also outdoor dining and a propane gas BBQ where you can grill up some of your favorites.

This VRBO was the best supplied one I have ever stayed in. I always bring some of my own supplies because most supplies are not in good shape or lacking. This property was the first one I used their supplies, pots, utensils, etc. They were immaculate with all of that which was a very big deal to me! Thank you! Besides that the whole entire home was the same way. Everything was first rate! We loved being here. The bed was so comfortable which is usually never the case. The living spaces were many and the outdoor living spaces were many and wonderful! This was a great home!

We really enjoyed the stay, nice quite area and close to a few nice trail heads, liked that we were not down near all of the traffic congestion and that was easy to find and get around in the afternoon up by all of the local restaurants and services.

We loved our stay at the Sedona Agave House! The house is well stocked with amenities and it met our needs perfectly. The ready to grill with the outdoor patio set was definitely a highlight. That, and that view! AMAZING! The house is close to everything but in a quiet neighborhood. Communication was thoughtful and proactive. We also loved the game room. We would definitely stay again!

We loved this place. It is spacious, comfortable, clean and quiet. The location is ideal for exploring the hiking trails which were all 15-30 minutes drive. There are so many great places to eat close by also. The meditation garden and the view of the red rocks in the backyard were big highlights for us. Also there was plenty of hot water for showers which is not always the case with some places. The kitchen is gorgeous and fully stocked with all the equipment you could need. The bedroom with the two twin beds isn't great for light sleepers however bc those beds are squeaky. Any movement at all makes the bed sqeak. I had to sleep on the sofa which was actually totally fine with me but just a heads up about that. Overall this was a great place to stay and we would stay here again.

We have visited Sedona many times and stay in VRBOs. The location of this rental was good. It is a manufactured home and in a manufactured home community. The property itself was good. The kitchen space was great. The layout of this home made it feel spacious. The A/C(air) in the twin bedroom didn't cool well. I did not like that both glass doors on the rear of the home did not have shades or curtains. The yard does not have enclosed fencing so is accessible. We were a group of 4 women and it didn't make us feel very secure since the property lacked ring cameras or security cameras at the doors. The game room with all the games was a nice touch. The home is furnished very tastefully with many different seating areas. The home was clean upon arrival. The listing doesn't mention that the home has a no shoe policy, but all doors have signs that say "please remove shoes". Overall the stay was comfortable.

The location worked for our needs, but overall the stay was underwhelming—especially considering the price. The home is a manufactured unit, which wasn’t clear from the listing, and it didn’t quite measure up to the standards we've experienced at other properties. We were surprised by an additional 100 charge just to arrive a little early or leave a little late, which felt excessive. Also, there’s a no-shoes policy inside the home, but this wasn’t disclosed ahead of time. We noticed a sour smell from the towels, cobwebs on the ceiling, and no basic cleaning supplies like a mop were available. Privacy was also a concern, as there was no way to cover the back door windows. With some clearer communication and a few basic improvements, this could be a much better experience.

Sedona visit

This property was excellent overall. Great amenties and location as described. Easy check-in and out. Able to walk to nearby trails or conveniently drive to all the sights. A couple negatives were an odd smell in the house like mildew and the locks weren't very secure on all the doors. Overall we very much enjoyed our stay.
