The grounds are beautiful and upkept very well. Housekeeping is very on point with cleaning. The views are amazing from your rooms if you get a parking lot view. However -horrible water pressure in toilet(didn’t flush unless you hold down the handle for 5 seconds) and kitchen sink -outdated: Booking picture show marble counters, room was stuck in the early 90s(pink shell sink and shower, light wood furniture) -hard noisy bed -screen door was broken, didn’t lock -EXTREMELY thin walls were you hear everyone around you -BEING FOLLOWED TO MY CAR AND HOTEL ROOM BY TIMESHARE SHARKS. Like seriously take the 15 nos as a final answer. I’m a solo traveler, I already paid for the room. Leave me alone. Be a decent human, you don’t have to make EVERY sale. I’ll never be back to this particular hotel because of the sharks. I didn’t feel safe. Felt like I HAD to be out of my room in order to not be harassed or bothered or upcharged. Or they’d just “Pop by” to see how everything is. It’s Sedona, a place to relax and recenter not be continuously asked to come to a “perks meeting”.

First room put in was inappropriate- requested no stairs, and only access to this lower level room that felt like a dungeon was a flight of stairs! Dirty bag of bedding was sitting outside of the door and there was toothpaste residue on bathroom sink faucet and mirror. Was told nothing else available when I first went back; an hour later when we went back we were moved to an appropriate level room with no stairs that was clean.

The room was clean and comfortable. The shops are close to us. 10 minutes. Pools and areas are beautiful. The view excellent. I would stay here again. It was our anniversary.

I enjoyed my stay at the Hilton Vacation Summit!

I enjoyed my 1 bedroom Mesa Villa with the view of the majestic red rocks. The villa was in good conditions and well equipped for a relaxing week. The grounds are very nicely kept and the main pool was excellent for laps!✨🏊🏊‍♀️🏊‍♂️
