I loved my stay. The property was well kept and the scenic views on property was breath taking. I really enjoyed the outdoor jacuzzi over looking the mountains. The room was fully stocked with everything one would need. I will definitely stay at this property in the near future.

Hotel was in a great location, spacious rooms and clean. We stayed for 3 nights however housekeeping did not come at all. The sunset pool/hot tub was also not in service during our stay which we were unaware of when booking. We still enjoyed our stay and are willing to stay again in the future!

This was an enjoyable stay for us. The property was very clean and we had no complaints except upon our arrival and after check in I went over to the concierge to ask about hiking trails. That conversation quickly turned into them trying to coax us into attending a presentation about sales. I was completely caught off guard by that because we had not asked for any info like that....it was uncomfortable and I had a hard time getting out of the conversation. I was sorry I had asked for hiking info! Maybe reserve the sales pitch for those interested?

The room size was great but the floors were filthy dirty. We took our shoes off and within 10 minutes our feet were black. I did let the front desk know and they sent someone to mop but it should have been cleaned prior to us getting there.

Location was lovely and had great views from some of the buildings. Activity centre was fantastic and pools were great. The condo itself is a little dated. Beds are not comfortable at all. Furnishings are limited. Wifi is fast.
