These are older units that have been renovated nicely. Staff was great. Only negative is the rooms shown online were deceiving as there were NO views from our room, but beautiful views from parts of the resort

This is a very special family owed hotel, everything was perfect for our stay, lovely gardens, amazing views and wonderful service. Sedona is quite busy in itself so this is a great place to come and rest.

The lodge was amazing! Sparkling clean, grounds were peaceful and lovely. The Airstream cafe/bar was an unexpected treat! We came here on a girls’ getaway weekend, the room and views were beyond our expectations. Our room had an electric fireplace that added to the ambience while having the option to have heat or not. Staff were incredibly kind and helpful, even bringing us two more chairs for the balcony so all 4 of us could enjoy the sunset from our balcony. Will DEFINITELY be returning. Forgot to say the free shuttle w 5 mile radius was so very convenient, we were able to have dinner and drinks and not worry about driving.

Rooms were noisy, but comfortable space. The views were amazing! Had to leave early due to TSA chaos and the hotel was not able to refund me last night, was disappointed due to the circumstances. Would stay here again, but only when prices were lower, have stayed at nicer resorts for better prices in the area.

I am complaining about fraud and charges I received after I checked out. Hotel charges $900 for “ scratches on TV” which we barely used. Also I have two transactions on my bank which I never made right after $900 one. I am very frustrated and hotel didn’t let me speak with manager. Also I have many photos of TV and videos where it look perfectly fine. This hotel is a rip off. Also for 3 days nobody came in to clean our room and change towels.
