The property features indoor and outdoor pools (seasonally heated) and hot tubs, a steam room, sauna, fitness center, pool tables, a game room with video games, table shuffleboard, foosball, ping pong, a lounge area with computers, TV, and piano, a kid's playground, racquetball, tennis/pickle ball courts, complimentary wi-fi, and BBQ grills with picnic areas.

The property has a calendar of events every month, and many hiking and biking trails nearby. You can also choose from an array of tours, including hot air balloon tours, wine tours, and ATV tours surrounded by beautiful landscape. Located near many of the great shops and restaurants of Uptown Sedona. Sedona city center is a 5 minute walk from the property. Slide Rock State Park is 6.6 mi away and Sedona Golf Resort is 15 minutes’ drive away.

This spacious two bedroom villa sleeps up to six guests comfortably. The primary bedroom features a king size bed, TV, private balcony, and ensuite bath with walk-in shower, separate jetted tub and dual vanities. The second bedroom includes two twin beds and an ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower. The living room features a gas fireplace with flat-screen TV, DVD Player, and sleeper sofa. The villa features a separate dining area and full kitchen, private balcony/patio, and a washer & dryer inside for your convenience.

Please note: All Villas, both single level and 2-story, contain steps or stairs and therefore may not be suitable for guests with mobility limitations.

Units are assigned in 7 night increments, multiple week stays may be booked, room moves may be required.

An ID and credit card are required at check-in for a refundable security deposit.
