Great and comfy hotel

Sunni, our host, was friendly, kind and very accommodating. The room was spacious, clean and the bed was super comfy with fluffy pillows and very clean bedsheets. The continental Breakfast was delicious. Fresh scrambled eggs, 3 types of breads, waffles, fresh fruit, 3 types of cereals, a variety of yogurts and all the spreads you can think of. The coffee was tasty and piping hot. The layout of the hotel was curious but not weird. Just different as it is built in a hill. I liked it and was thankful that though we were placed in room 205, we were on street level. The air conditioning worked perfectly and there was plenty of hot water and bathroom amenities. Overall. I would not hesitate to return!!

We have had some horrible experiences with Quality Inns in the past however this one was good!! Our room was clean. The bed was excellent!! Very comfortable!! The continental breakfast is nothing to write home about. Not much to choose from. Lots of bagels, breads, and danishes. Hot/protein only option was scrambled eggs and they weren't good. You can make waffles. There are some cereral options and yogurt. Needs a few more protein options or better eggs. I guess they have sausage but only on Sunday's. The hotel itself was good. We would stay there again.

Check in was smooth, the front desk and other staff very polite. The room is a bit run down and dated, the hair drying in the room was a hazard and potentially harmful (worn and broken plug, didn't function properly). A small investment in some updating of carpets and some paint would go a long way. Good location, not far from Providence.

The only problem was that we was put in a handicapped room when it was supposed to be a king room. Was also told it was diah tv. Upon watching tv moat of the channels did not work.
