Desk clerk charged me for the room after I told him I had a room reserved for me through hotels.com. It took a bit, but was fixed. Last visit and this one, I was in the same room - no Kleenex available. Other than that all was good.
had reservations for 2 nights week of 4th of July, showed up and was note on door saying place was closed. Never got email, text, or phone call saying they had closed. Had to drive back 40 miles to where we stayed the night before. Not impressed.
I would have liked the opportunity to stay there, however they were out of business when we arrived, no text or email to let us know. There was 1 other motel in the town and 1 room left. It wasn't the greatest motel, but at least we had a room.
Good reception, very friendly. Breakfast (7.30 am)only 2 slices of bread with jam. Coffee but no tea available. No seats or table at breakfast. Good meals at the restaurant in same building. Why not reserving some tables in the restaurant for breakfast?
It's under construction they've been closed since February don't book this Motel on the internet it cost me a hundred seventy eight bucks and I don't even know if I'm going to get my money back
From the outside the property looks good. But a sign in the door window says they are closed.
When we went to the Hilltop Motel across the street they said it has not been open for business for a couple of months to waterline issues they thought.
But I do not recommend the Hilltop as they need a lot of renovating themselves. Advise people to drive to Mowbridge another 16 miles but not on Hwy 83.
Arrived at hotel at 9pm and was greeted immediately by the receptionist. Clean and spacious room. Continental breakfast in the morning was just cereal and toast. Understand of course why they don't have an elaborate spread given the price point of the hotel. Will stay again next time I am in town.
