Garbage: Trash enclosure on the side of the house.  Bring Trash to the curb and it will be is removed twice per week.
Parking:Â Two spaces in front of garage; community prohibits parking in front of the house.
Resort Passes Required for Access: Purchase details provided upon booking.
Linens Package Option: While pillows, comforters, and mattress covers are provided, bed sheets, pillowcases, and bath towels are not included. A Linens Package is available for rent, including:

Bayside Resort 2026 Amenities Passes

3-day pass: $45 per person
Weekly pass: $70 per person
Peak Season (May 16 - Sep 22):
3-day pass: $70 per person
Weekly pass: $115 per person
Children under 5 years old enter free with a paying adult.
Purchase instructions will be included in your "Welcome to Bayside Resort" email, sent 18 days before arrival.
