The first floor features an open-concept layout with a fully stocked kitchen, a convenient wet bar, and a cozy living area with plenty of seating. While there’s no formal dining room, guests can gather around the kitchen island or enjoy meals outside on the first-floor deck with its high-top table and chairs, all while soaking in the incredible water views.

On the second floor, you’ll find two inviting bedrooms. The first bedroom has a queen bed + twin bed, with access to a private deck. And the second bedroom has a queen bed. These bedrooms share a full hallway bath.

The third floor is dedicated to the primary suite, complete with a king bed, private open deck with seating, and an en-suite bathroom featuring a spacious walk-in shower.

Outside, there are 4 decks. Enjoy views of the bay which includes direct view of the Fenwick Lighthouse. Watch the beautiful sunrise each morning and enjoy the wildlife in the wetlands. The first-floor deck provides a welcoming space for the whole group to enjoy meals or spend time together. A gas grill on the first-floor deck is available for guest's use
If that isn't enough, three waterfront restaurants/bars are all within walking distance: Harpoon Hanna's, Catch 54, and Papa Grande's. One can also walk or bike to the beach, rent jet ski's and boats right next door at Shark’s Cove Marina. You can also walk across the parking lot for a relaxing day at the Zen Spa & Studio Z, play a few rounds at the Jack Nicklaus Signature Golf Course down the road, or venture onto Coastal Highway for tax free shopping.

In the summer, the community pool (steps away), which is adjacent to the unit, opens at 10:00 am and closes at 9:00 pm. The pool includes an outdoor shower. Two assigned parking spaces are available for use while staying with additional visitor parking on a first come basis.
