Housing nine ensuite bedrooms across a pair of buildings on a 1,400 sqm site, Villa Anaya Manis provides both privacy and ample social spaces for a large family travelling together. The main pavilion comprises four bedrooms as well as the property’s main facilities, which include a gym and the air-conditioned indoor living and dining areas; five other bedrooms are located in a secondary building, two of which come with its own balcony. All bedrooms enjoy pool or garden views, come with its own ensuite bathroom and king-size bed.

Other amenities include a home theatre, barbecue area and wine cellar; a private chef can be enlisted to prepare fresh meals daily for an extra fee.

Villa Anaya Manis comprises two villas:
• Ground Floor: Main entrance, kitchen, Bedrooms 1 & 5, enclosed living area, main dining room, outdoor dining area, BBQ area, wine cellar, swimming pool, and garden.
• Second Floor: Seven bedrooms including the Master Bedroom and gym facilities.

• We also provide a chef shopping service and a pre-arrival shopping service with the rates: grocery bill + 15% handling fee.

POOL AREA:
Villa Anaya Manis features two pools:
• Pool 1 measures 8.5m x 4.5m x 1.5m
• Pool 2 measures 9m x 4m x 1.5m
• Only one pool has a shallow end for kids
• The pool is set to normal temperature
• There are four lounge chairs, two sunbrellas and two daybeds by the pool.
• Pool towels are provided.

COMMON AREAS:
• The main communal space is an enclosed living area that is conveniently located next to the dining area and kitchen.
• There is also an outdoor dining and seating area by the pool.

KITCHEN & DINING:
• The kitchen is equipped with refrigerator, coffee maker, blender, freezer, juicer, microwave, oven, rice cooker, stove, toaster, water dispenser, as well as essential cooking tools, cutlery, and wine glasses.
• The main indoor dining area is a rectangular dining table that can seat up to 14 guests with additional kitchen counter seating for 3.
• There is also an outdoor dining area that can seat up to 10 guests.

WELLNESS:
• Guests staying at the villa are welcome to utilize the gym.
• Yoga mats are available, and the spacious garden provides a serene setting for practicing yoga.
• Yoga lessons can also be arranged at an extra charge.
• There is a spa area with massage beds for guests to enjoy relaxing treatments.

ENTERTAINMENT:

Exceeding the number may invalidate any insurance policy on the property. Entry or access to the property may be refused or limited where the number of guests exceeds the stated requirement.
